I’ve created a Zap to send .pdf attachments to a specific Google Drive folder and the test works fine, but when I send an email to Gmail with a .pdf attachment, it’s not showing up in the G-Drive folder I specified. I also want the file name to be the subject of the email. Again, it works fine on the test, but not on actual emails.
Hello everybody,France move to winter time since this weekend and I notice that todoist zap don’t take in consideration this change of time.For example, when I add a task with a dueDate at 9am into todoist Apps, and then Zapier get this task using trigger, the field dueDate return 10am.Timezone in Todoist app is well configured and the dueDate is good in the Apps. Timezone in my zapier profile is also set as Paris.Do you have an idea to explain this behavior ?

Is there a way to create a recurring Xero invoice through Zapier?The “Create a sales invoice in Xero” action seems to only create once-off invoices (with a single date + due date).I’d like to create a repeating invoice (as you can within Xero itself) which repeats every x months/weeks.
Hello. I’ve been using Zapier no problem for a few months with Teachable enrolments being sent to my Convertkit mailing list automations. I have the teachable zap set for course enrolment and then it sends them to the correct Convertkit automation again. Now, I just made a new teachable course (Free trial actually) and I want that enrolment to be sent to a different email segment/automation that sends them an email asking if they liked the trial and a coupon code. BUT, when I’m setting up my zap, it has the choice of course enrollment but doesn’t ask you what course. So, I’m assuming it is just looking for ANY course enrolment which is a problem as the free trial students would get the email automation for people who signed up to the full paid course. This seems like something that exists, but I’m just not finding it. Thank you for the help. -Andrew
There are several great Zaps for Evernote reminders. However, they now have a true task object that can be created as a task management system. So far as I can tell, the actual tasks are not available to sync but the reminders are still there. Reminders can be set for notes and such but they are different than the new task feature. I have yet to see any Zaps available for integration, and I am especially looking for any.do. Am I the only one that noticed this or am I mistaken? Thanks.
I’m trying to set up a zap from Google Sheets to my Facebook Page. I want to mention/tag another page in the post. (i.e. It was great working with @Example today!) I tried to just write @Example when putting it in to Zapier and when it was posted to Facebook, it was just the text “@Example” and not tagged properly like it would be if I did that on Facebook. (See attached examples.) How do I need to format the @ mention in Zapier in order for it to be a clickable tag when it popular? Please see the attach examples of what is happening now and what I’d like to happen.
Hi,I have a simple Zap that creates a new database item in Notion when a Typeform form is completed. I’d like to set up a Slack bot that posts how many new submissions there are on a daily basis (e.g. at 9 am everyday). I was initially trying to see if there’s a way to do this by looking at how often the Zap had run in a 24 hour period but can’t seem to access any Zap history in the Zap builder itself. Open to any suggestions on how I can do this!
I need to create several zaps where if a lead has been updated in CRM (like several fields) then we do other tasks like send off emails, etc. But I unfortunately cannot even get the initial trigger in my zap to test properly. When I select “Lead Updated” as the initial trigger, and go to test, I get the following error shown in the screenshot below. My timeout from CRM side is set to two minutes. But when trying to test this zap, it stops and states the error below in about 30 seconds. I cant really complete any more of the zap because no fields show for me to map other elements depending on the nature of the update.I also have new leads coming in every minute.
Hello everyone!I’m trying to connect Clickfunnels to Woocommerce so as when someone completes a purchase from clickfunnels, zapier will create an order on WooCommerce and WooCommerce will then send out an email to the customer. A bit of context: The WC product is an ebook (so a downloadable product) that is password protected with a unique password for each user. An (additional) email is sent to the customer which contains the encrypted PDF ebook download link and you can also set a download limit (e.g. 10 times). This encryption and additional email is handled via a WP plugin called Ebook Store. The zap process is: New Successful Purchase in ClickFunnels (trigger) → Create Order in WooCommerce (action) The problem: I’ve mapped out some fields in my zap for the WC order, but upon testing I get the “Communication error. 400 Bad Request.” error. Not sure which fields Are supposed to be mandatory or if they are in wrong format. Here is a full page screen from the zap, hope it helps: And
Hello. I’m new to using Zapier and I have a question about the field mapping data that’s coming through on my Zap. I’ve created a webhook from a User Registration plugin on our website that creates a new webinar registrant in GoToWebinar once triggered. Everything is working fine but for some reason some of the mapped field labels are showing in front of the data that comes through. Like for City it will read City: CityChicago and on Zipcode it reads Zip68105. It’s also doing this on the phone number data like Phone: Phone+xxx-xxx-xxxx. This may be something dumb that I’m not doing but I wanted to check to see if there was a way to fix this so that the label field is removed and only the value/data comes through. I’ve attached a screenshot of what goes through to GoToWebinar. Everything looks fine in the Zap setup and doesn’t show the duplicate field labels.I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me with this. Hi Everybody I have a small zap that sets Invoice due dates on google Cal (new invoices with future due dates)Then, 2 days before the due date sends the Invoice to the customer for paymentEverything work nicely but the issue is once the invoice is sent it is automatically set to a Viewed status instead of sent. Not sure if I am missing something in the setting. Thanks!
When running the Test for the following trigger:New Trigger of “Export via Zapier” Plugin in Chatfuel I am getting the following error message:“We couldn’t find an export via zapier pluginCreate a new export via zapier plugin in your Chatfuel Brands account and test your trigger again.” Prior to running the test it’s able to see the block in chatfuel that connects to zapier and see the data that I want to export. But then I get this error message. Not sure if it’s a Chatfuel issue or zapier. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, I am trying to create a zap where depending on a criteria (based on a google form submission), a new trello cards gets added to a different list (same board). However, the ‘create card in trello’ zap does not seem to take any custom value when selecting the list. When I just select the correct list from the dropdown menu, everything works fine. However, when I pull in the list ID (long numeric value) from a lookup in a previous step OR after going through a ‘Find list on Board in trello’ search step, the zap doesn’t continue. The error message is: The app returned “invalid value for value”. I’ve tried the same with using the list names (rather than the IDs) with the same result. Any help is much appreciated! ThanksLiesbet
Hello all This issue has plagued me for quite sometime now and I wonder if anyone can offer some help: I have a CRM (Ometria) and Zapier is feeding all the Facebook leads it collects into Ometria. I need each and every lead to have a country code (GB for Great Britain, NL for Netherlands, DE for Germany etc.) I managed to half-solve this with the Formatter by Zapier tool. I have a rule in place where by if a customer enters “England” or “Great Britain” Formatter by Zapier reads this and replaces it with the country code: GB before feeding the lead through to Ometria. The issue I still have though is if a Customer just leaves the field blank. Zapier won’t enter the country code for me. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Many thanks Paul.
I’m creating a series of integrations based on Youtube/new video in channel event. Sometimes we are observing missing fields such as thumbnail URLs.Before applying more complex business logic, such as using Paths to tag videos differently in Ghost based on title, we’d like to ensure that missing fields are populated with default values (such as default image url for missing thumbnails). How do we achieve that?
So I have been doing side work helping people with automation as I work to launch my automations agency- mostly through Fiverr gigs. One thing that bugs / concerns me is that there is no great way for customers too small to use Teams accounts to invite in a consultant to do zap work for them without giving the consultant their password (which is sometimes their Google login). I always ask customers to change their password to a temporary one, but I feel like maybe 1 in 10 actually do that. Has any Zapier experts or consultants come across a good tool that will allow you to ask a customer to safely input a password so that you can use it… but cannot actually see it? Something like LastPass or 1Password but as a go between for consultants and clients? Especially good if its a tool already integrated with Zapier and could be used in an onboarding workflow!`A
Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to Zapier, so trying to get my head arounds things. One of the use cases we have for Zapier is generating a Zendesk ticket when a PagerDuty alert is triggered. We are looking to move to PagerDuty Webhook V3 (per advice from the PagerDuty Documentation, as existing ones are being deprecated https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/webhooks?#migrating-from-v1v2-generic-extensions-to-v3-webhook-subscriptions ) We’ve found that Zapier no longer acknowledges the trigger event in a standard PagerDuty → Zendesk Zap, it just simply does not find any events. Was wondering if anyone around these forums has used the new web hook v3 features of PagerDuty and gotten it working with their Zaps? We can kick this problem down the road until March with V2 web hooks, but would rather just fix it for good now.
I have created a zap that creates a folder on a Box account and I created another that saves a text file on Box. What I'd really like to do is save the PDF and photos saved by Fast Field Forms and saved them to Box in a specific folder.I asked this over a year ago and got a response.
