Keep having an issue with a zap to google sheet in which the error says “ This usually happens when the Zap does not receive a response from Google Sheets within 30 seconds confirming we could access the spreadsheet data successfully.” Any help regarding this would be really appreciated.

Hi @Eduardo13 !

I see you have a conversation going with on our Support team, so sharing the possible solution they’ve provided below in case others have a similar quandary:

The Google Sheets "Create Multiple Spreadsheets Rows" is hitting an error with a timeout message...to give some context here, a timeout error, or a message that your request has timed out, means that the app(Google Sheets) that Zapier is trying to connect to is taking too long to respond (learn more here).

Possible Workaround:

  • Manually replaying the failed/errored Zap run.
  • If there are no errors after replaying your Zap, I'd recommend turning on Autoreplay feature.
    • Please note: Autoreplay is an account-wide setting. If it's enabled, it will work for all Zaps in the account. Learn more about how Autoreplay works here
