Hey All,

I am connecting Go to webinar with Pardot. I have the premium version of zapier, so everything should be enabled.

The trigger is to update prospect in pardot when new registrant in GTW.

I am trying to extract the poll answers from GTW into pardot. I see the option on the GTW action/trigger for poll, but I don’t the the corresponding field to add to pardot.

 

What am I missing? Has anyone tried that before? Thank you!

Hi @Telesis 

 

You need to put the Trigger as New Registrant in GoTo Webinar

 

Since you probably dont have the required data to update the Prospect directly in Pardot, you will need to use the action Find Prospect in Pardot using the email address, this would return the Prospect ID then you can use Update Prospect in Pardot to update whatever data you want.
