I am trying to complete setting up from Google My Business account to Webhook Zapier. For any new review from GMB, create a post in Webhooks by Zapier. But I keep getting troubleshooting errors while testing GMB trigger.

I know it might not be the most satisfying answer, but that error message indicates it might be a temporary issue with Google My Business. Looking at our logs, I do see some spikiness in their availability, but each spike lasts no longer than five minutes.
Do you mind trying again? And if it doesn’t work try again five minutes after that?
