I have a zap that creates line items from a CSV file. There are over 100 rows in the file and not all of them get processed. In the “history” I can see only 100 line items, but it’s not clear whether it’s a limitation of the historical view or that the zap only processes 100 rows. I know that sometimes output data is truncated. In this case it’s not clear. Either way I see that not all rows get processed, so it’s almost certainly that line items feature has a limit, but I couldn’t find any confirmation of this.
Does anyone know if that is the case, or maybe I need to dig in a different place to figure out why not all rows get processed.

Thank you.

Hi @ocean_

For us to have full context, we would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Try using this Zap app: Files by Zapier

@Troy Tessalone , I wasn’t aware of Files by Zapier. This worked out really well for my situation. Here are the limitations of the files::

  • 4MB max file size

  • 60,000 rows

  • 1 CSV file every 30 minutes

and it’s well within my daily reports that I needed to parse.

Thank you!

That’s awesome @ocean_! A huge thanks to Troy for pointing you in the right direction!

Happy Zapping! ⚡️
