This is really a Paid Memberships Pro (PMP) question, not a Brevo question.

A year ago, we created a Membership Level “A” in PMP and used the Brevo App to add all new members to a list, which we’ll call List A.

This year, we added a new membership level B in PMP and a new List B in Brevo, but all of the Level B members are ending up in List A, not List B.

I don’t see any setting in the PMP Trigger that differentiates between levels. The only PMP triggers I see are “Order Added or Updated” and “Membership Level Changed” https://prnt.sc/X6rZFP6v4uQf but there are no settings or parameters for either.

Is there a setting I’m missing, or any way to set it so that members of different PMP levels can be added to different Brevo Lists?

Thanks.

Hi @Magellan

To help us have full context, post screenshots with the DATA OUT from the Zap trigger step, thanks.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking for. Can you tell me where to find the DATA OUT info you’re asking for? I’ll happily provide a screenshot.

Here’s what I see:

In my Zap, getting a new member in Paid Memberships Pro (PMP) is the trigger...but I want the trigger to pay attention to which membership level (a numeric value within PMP) that the user joined. (ie Level=3).

I see no setting for that. Here is what the Zap looks like: https://prnt.sc/VIB439RCsMBU

And as you can see here, there are only two choices when it comes to PMP triggers: https://prnt.sc/GDsxyREqcJDl

Thank you.

@Magellan

Post a screenshot of the data returned from testing the Zap trigger step.
