Hello Zapier Community,
Does anyone have experience using or creating Clio and Hyros integrations via Zapier? We want to pull data from Clio and send it to Hyros, however we’re running into a few issues:
- We noticed there is only one Clio integration via Zapier. However, we need specific data from the Clio Manage platform rather than Clio Grow. It looks like a mix of data is coming in from both platforms. Is there a way to access one versus the other?
- We want to “Create an Order in Hyros” from the “New Activity in Clio” Trigger. Creating an order requires an email and the “New Activity in Clio” data doesn’t include the client’s email, just the user who created the activity. Is there a work around for this as it must track client’s email.
Any insights would be appreciated.
