  • How do I extract data from Clio Manage (not Clio Grow) and send it to Hyros to create an order with the client's email?

Hello Zapier Community,

Does anyone have experience using or creating Clio and Hyros integrations via Zapier? We want to pull data from Clio and send it to Hyros, however we’re running into a few issues: 

  1. We noticed there is only one Clio integration via Zapier. However, we need specific data from the Clio Manage platform rather than Clio Grow. It looks like a mix of data is coming in from both platforms. Is there a way to access one versus the other?
  2. We want to “Create an Order in Hyros” from the “New Activity in Clio” Trigger. Creating an order requires an email and the “New Activity in Clio” data doesn’t include the client’s email, just the user who created the activity. Is there a work around for this as it must track client’s email. 

Any insights would be appreciated.

Have you tried reaching out to Clio Support for possible guidance about their Zap app integration?

Sometimes app APIs/webhooks have to be used.

You would likely have to add a Find step in the Zap to find the needed info from Clio.

Thank you for your response. I just sent their support team a message. Apologies as I don’t understand developer lingo, but would a Find step be added inside of Zapier or the app itself?

The Find step would likely be added as a Zap step between the Zap trigger and the Hyros Zap action.
