I’d like to set up the following:

New ticket gets created in Zendesk
Based on tags on the ticket, Zapier makes a new project in Rocketlane, include the message body content from Zendesk

For anyone who stumbles across this post. At this time (Feb 2024) it’s not possible, so don’t waste your time.

Zapier doesn’t give you the endpoint options that you need based on the triggers in order to do this. You can do parts of it, but not the whole thing.
