Hi All,

We are facing a problem in sending Linkedin Lead form data to Freshmarketer through zapier. 

 

Sharing a screenshot of the error below.

 

 

Any help to resolve this asap will be greatly appreciated.

We would need to see how your Zap step is configured.

The error appears related to the LinkedIn field, which seems to expect only the last part of the profile url not a full url.

So is this a change that needs to be made in the configured fields on zapier? or is it a change that needs to be made in Freshsuite? 

 

Sharing the screenshot of the only field I could find while creating the Zap which is talking or asking about the Linkedin proflie.

You need to handle the formatting logic in a Zap step.

You have a variable value mapped that is a full URL.

The field description indicates to send only the profile path.

You can add a Formatter > Text > Replace step to remove the https://www.linkedin.com/in/ part from the URL.
