Google Calendar Update Issue: Zap updates wrong event, uses example from setup instead of correct one.

I am trying to build a three-step zap to link the voice flow chatbot to update my Google calendar. All the zap steps are working, however, when I look for a new event in the Google calendar to update it into something else. The event that has been updated has always been the example that I used in the setting up step rather than the correct one. Does anyone know why? Cheers

Hi @Miaaiautomation

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured to have full context.

Thank you Troy, that was a fast reply. I persisted and kept on working on it. Now it is working. I think the trick is to create an update event first, then add a search step. So when updating the event, it will have a self-generated event ID to use for search, rather than choose webhook event or variables.
