Hello,I tried a lot of solutions by myself but I’m facing a blocking issue.Step 1 (trigger)When I get a notification on a webhook, I launch the Step 2Step 2I run a GET request on an API and get these results below with a business open hours Step 3 (here is my issue)I want to copy paste all results from the GET request in different lines of a Google Sheet. I’m using the “Create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets”It’s working fine for all fields except for the hours which are concatenated between businesses (see below) 🥺 I would like to have the correct hours for each businesses instead of this concatenation.How do you think I can manage it? So I am trying to setup something for our community in order to track any potential Covid exposures.Each week we have an unknown number of events (1+N), I am currently able to create a spreadsheet from a template for each event using the X number of Days before event start in google calendar.What I would like to do instead, is create a single spreadsheet with 1+N workbooks, named for the event in question, per week. As I understand it right now, I dont see a way to:name the workbooks pull ALL events in a given week (I can pull the first one that matches a search criteria, but then the system stops there)Open to any suggestions but more or less the only tools I have access to is GSheets and GCal for this :(

I hope someone could give me a hand with one thing that seems doable to me, but I cannot figure out how.Here is a workflow that I am trying to create:A deal enters a new stage in Zendesk sell Add a tag in Mailchimp (once that is done, Mailchimp will automatically start sending an automated email campaign).This workflow is easy, but here is where it gets tricky. I have 2 automated email campaigns in Mailchimp which I would like to compare. Mailchimp has an A/B test option, but only for singular emails which are sent once. It is not possible to A/B test the whole email drip campaign.That is why I was thinking of creating some kind of a filter that would be adding every 1st, 3rd, 5th deal (odd deals) to one Mailchimp tag (so they would be receiving A campaign), while every 2nd, 4th, 6th…deal (even deals) would be added to another Mailchimp tag (so they would be receiving B campaign). When an update is made to a Monday item, I want to capture that and send a message to a discord channel.The name of the discord channel is saved in a column in monday. I set a Monday “New Update in Board” trigger. This was tested and returns the Board ID and Item ID of the update.The next action is a Monday “Get Columns Value”. I pass in the Board ID and Item ID from the trigger but I get an error:There is then nothing that appears in the Column select dropdown.If I change Board ID to be non dynamic and keep Item ID dynamic, then I can get the columns to show up: The test then returns an error:
I want to trigger a zap when any comment (story) is added to any task within a project in Asana.I have explored 3 ways of doing this, none which seem to be possible:Use the asana trigger “New Story” → the problem is, this trigger will not allow for triggering on any story on any task in a project. I have to specify a particular task. That won’t work because I don’t know in advance which task in the project will have a comment added. I thought of “polling” all tasks in a project for new comments, using a timer. I set up a “Schedule” trigger, but could not find an action in asana that lists all tasks for a project. A static list would not work because new tasks come and go on this project. I thought of triggering based on “updated task in project in asana”, but this won’t work for two reasons: a) it does not trigger when a new comment is added, and b) There is no asana action for “find stories for task”I also found this other thread about a seemingly similar thing, but couldn’t figure ou
I have a Zap set up with CognitoForms, OneDrive, and ClickUp. Basically, the steps are laid out below:Trigger: Form on CognitoForms gets new entry Step 1: The PDF document that is created by CognitoForms as a result of form being filled out is uploaded to a folder in OneDrive. Step 2: Task is created in ClickUp. The sharing link from OneDrive for the document that was added to the OneDrive folder is added as part of the task description. What I am trying to accomplish is that those viewing the task in ClickUp have the ability to see the document that was created as a result of the form being filled out. Is there a way to cut out OneDrive step and have the PDF document as an attachment in the ClickUp task? Thanks! :)
I am wondering if anyone has an app integration that may be able to accomplish what I am looking for. Similar to the Zapier Approval app, I am looking for something that can provide a question, and then gather the answer from the user. However, it needs to be able to provide a multiple choice format. In this current specific use case, I am trying to present a list of addresses as choices to the user (via email) and then want to proceed with actions depending on what they choose. For exampleWarehouse 1 Warehouse 2 Warehouse 3 Cancel ShipmentIdeally, this would be just a bubble select with a submit button. It can be in it’s own generated URL as a little web applet, or as something that could be sent in an email. Just so long as it handles the front facing question portal on it’s own. Thanks in advance!
I am new to Keap and Zapier in general. I set up a Zap that will duplicate a spreadsheet when a tag is added to a contact BUT I also then want to set up a Zap that will then add specific contact information to specific rows within the spreadsheet. Can this be done?
I have a zap that takes information from a Google Sheet row and uses the information to create a set of folders in Dropbox with a specific name. All works great!I have a step to upload a template file to one of the newly created folders. The file URL is a Dropbox file link. The file is a template Google Doc created in Dropbox that is copied to the new folder and renamed. The only problem is the file won’t open when clicked.If I were do this outside of Zapier. I’d create the folder, copy and paste the Google Doc Template file and paste it into the folder then rename. This changes the URL address and effectively creates a new file. I’m wondering if the upload process isn’t quite getting this right.

I’m trying to map from an event created in Calendly to an event created in either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Office 365. The event is created, but the neither the attendee nor the location are being carried over, and as a result the invitee is not getting an Outlook invitation automatically sent by Outlook. Any fix? adding a webhook to create a ticket for new users. connecting to jira service desk looks successful, as well as selecting the project, and request type.however it doesn’t pull all the fields i want to populate. it pulls the string fields but the “Start Date” field doesn’t appear. are date fields supported? i see in other posts that it is showing up?the field is definitely in the project/request type/form. I can make it required which makes the ZAP fail error 400. Thank you!
I have a quick survey I built with Tally.so that new users can take on my website. At the end of the survey they can choose to subscribe via email. If they subscribe then I have a zap setup to send the new subscriber to an aweber list. The problem…I want to use the user’s response to one of the multiple choice questions as a subscriber tag in aweber. This will allow me to customize content in aweber based on the tag. There is a “tags” field in zapier and I selected the data I wanted to populate as a tag. This is what the zap looks like… in this case the tag that should be passed through to aweber when a new subscriber is created would be “other” When I tested my survey with a test email everything worked except for the tag. No tag was added to my new test subscriber and, therefore, I can not trigger my custom content to be sent to the user. I contacted aweber directly and they sent me to a 3-year old support page that seemed to be outdated info. Any help is appreciated :)

Hi there, I am trying to create email workflows in Flodesk based on whether or not someone purchases my product in ThriveCart, and I’m having some trouble with creating the workflow based on when someone does NOT purchase the product. The workflow is as follows: First I am sending an email after a freebie that promotes my product. If the customer purchases the product, that is the end of the workflow.If the customer does NOT purchase the product, I want to send them a second follow up email promoting the product again. If they purchase it, that’s the end of the workflow.If, after this second email, they still do not purchase the product, I want to send a third and final email promoting it. The problem I am having is I can’t seem to find a way to communicate between Flodesk and ThriveCart when someone does NOT purchase the item.
