I’m trying to set up Active Campaign integration with Facebook and I keep getting this error message in the 2nd step:Invalid Lead ID: One or more of your Lead IDs are invalid or have been deleted. Your entire batch of events can be rejected if there are one or more invalid Lead IDs. The Lead ID is a unique 15-16 digit number generated by Meta. I’ve used the ID from the events manager and I don’t know what else to do
Hi, I’ld like to know if there is something to do because the only way I found is to start a new zap, which is annoying..My zap triggers when a new or update record happens in airtable. that’s ok;my problem is that when all is done and working like a charm, if I add a field in airtable (one I didn't think first) Zappier doesn’t find it (even after refreshing records), I tried to add records, to update few ones, but nothing happens… But if I create a new full zap, I can see the new field immediately on zapper … Sorry for my English, thanks for your help
We have “location column” in Monday.com. When we use zapier to enter new information into that column in this formatStreet Address, City, State, ZipcodeThe field in Monday.com ends up being empty like its being rejected for some reason. Who else dealt with this, do we need to clean up the data first and how?Thank you

Hi all, i am working on an onboarding process. When a onboarding calendly call is created, there will be g-drive folders created etc. On the end i create a channel with customer name (took the data out of the calendly meeting name) and send a message in this channel.In other zaps, i also want to send notification to specific channels. For Example:in another zap i create an asana project out of a template after a google event. When the project is created, i want to send a notification in the specific customer channel. Is there a way to store such data as customer name + channel id etc?How can I send the information from my first zap to my second zap?do I have to use airtable or something? Thank you much.
How do I update multiple task due dates in Asana from a Google Sheet?I have the following tasks in an Asana project. Is there a way to use a Google Sheets + Asana so that if a due date is updated in Google Sheets it will also be updated in Asana. From my tries so far the ‘Update a task in Asana’ action doesn’t work as I can only update a specific task ID rather than updating multiple within one zap.
Hi All, Relatively new to Zapier and trying to solve a problem thats fairly convoluted. Hoping with all the new features this is possible in Zapier, rather than getting something custom built. BackgroundWe have several Shopify stores that create custom portraits. As there are unique requests for each order, we have an app (lets call it App #1) that manages that. This app is not integrated with Zapier. The devs of that app have set up an export for us into Google Sheets (triggered when the order is paid), where some of the order metadata is sent. We also use another app (lets call it App #2) that manages the portrait approvals by the customer (this app IS integrated with Zapier with a current active zap).BUT we only pay the artists when the portrait is approved by the customer, and that notification is what is exported by App #2, because it can be some time after the order was placed/paid for. Both apps export to Tab #1 and both reference the same order ID, so we end up with 2 lines for

I am trying to work out if its possible to keep a Zapier table up to date based on Rest API calls. I’ve got a zap setup that imports the data, filters it and converts the entries into line items using formatter but I can’t for the life of me work out how to get a Zap to populate multiple cells in a Zapier Table. The ideal outcome is every time the zap runs it updates the entire table so when data is deleted upstream it disappears from the table.
Hi All, I have two issues: (1) I want to give users access to the Call Recording in Salesforce when a New Call Recording is made in Ring Central but the Recording Audio shows up as a .txt file I have tried this by creating a Zap that when a New Call Recording is created to send an email with the Recording Audio as an attachment I then have Email to Case setup which will turn the attachment into a record in Salesforce The email comes in the attachment is a txt file, and it needs to be an audio file or something. (2) I want a way to identify related SMS messages from RingCentral, so that in Salesforce they can be linked through related records. If there was a field from RingCentral like “Thread Id” or “ConversationID” I think there would be a way to link related SMS messages together in Salesforce, but I don’t see any field other than “ID” but I don’t believe that’s the field I’m looking for. Hi, Im having troubles with this task. I have a spreadsheet with some prices and i have a team that works with them to sell products. But this prices varies all the time and I need that the slack send a message always there are a modification. I tried to make it here and it seems to work at first. But then hundreds of notifications come up and i dont know why. Could someone help me? Ps: Sorry for my english, not a native speaker.

Help please?! 🤯Im an online course/digital product owner and I use Podia as my course platform, thrivecart as my cart platform and zapier to link the two.I experienced a weird glitch where a zap wasn't triggering but then I duplicated the product in thrivecart and that seemed to work fine. Was odd but hoped it was a one-off. Made me think it was a thrivecart issue rather than a zap problem as the zap text was always working fine. But wasnt 100% sure which was the culprit.But now ANY new product I create is adding people to my affiliate course even if it's not even a bump or upsell option. It's only affecting new products so, for example, I tried it on an older product and it worked fine. I duplicated that old product and the problem happened again even though settings are identical / same zap trigger etc.Thrivecart are insisting its zapier but its tricky to have a proper conversation with them as they are 11 hours ahead in New

Hi there,I've been trying get multiple zaps to interact but a solution eludes me despite trying different apps and possible workarounds (e.g., using Digests).I'm able to get two different zaps to extract the "email" and "amount" individually, but I get stuck at trying to create a converging scenario where the aforementioned are matched from App X and Shopify, in order to spark the production of action Y.Any ideas? 🤔
Hi, I am trying to link Calendly to Microsoft Dynamics so that when someone clicks a calendly link and books an appointment this triggers a lead in Dynamics. Issues I need help with is that I need a certain teams Calendly links to be the ones that are triggered rather than my individual links. Also why don’t Zapier do call support, it’s very frustrating to not be able to speak to someone. Marc
I’m new to Zapier and in trying to figure out how to integrate Eventbrite ticket purchases with a Zoom Meeting registrant I already emailed for assistance and was informed if I had a paid account, then it shouldn’t be a problem. In searching the community conversations around this topic it sounds like this is NOT possible. I purchased a plan specifically to do this; I need to create a ticket for 5 days or a full week event linking Eventbrite to Zoom. Please help! Is this possible? How to I make it happen? Thank you!
Hi,I would like to create a change of duty form between 2 people.The scenario is, the first person fills in their name and staff number and the name and number of the person who they wish to swap with. When they hit "Submit", I need the form sending to the 2nd named person to tick a box to agree with the swap. When they then hit the "Submit" button, the form needs to be sent to the duty clerk for processing.Is this possible?
I try to send a mail after a certain period of time to everyone with a certain status in WooCommerce. 1. I connect to WooCommerce and read the order 2. I am setting a delay for 3 days 3. I set a filter that only orders with the status "on-hold" will be considered 4. after that i send a mail My problem now is that during these 3 days the order status may have changed. How do I get this information into my zap? I do not see any possibility for an update. Thanks for your support Tom
Good Day! I am trying to find a custom field e.g. Order ID from Manychat to Fulfillment Order in FBA. I am sure that my Order ID format is correct and the Order Id exist but I can’t seem to make the zap work. It always says that ‘Nothing could be found for the search’ I tried making it the other way FBA to Manychat and it worked. So I wonder what is the difference with the format of my order id when they are the same and I can’t make the first one work. I hope my question is clear.
Hello all! I need help to create an automation workflow. Total newbie and I need to know if this is possible. My business is creating voiceovers and transcriptions. Here's what I want to happen with Zapier:Step 1. When my client pays for a service (trying to decide between Square and Stripe), I want to have my file sharing service (planning on using Digital Pigeon for my file sharing service) create a folder with either the order number on it OR the clients name on it.Step 2. I do my work... no zaps needed here Step 3. I upload the finished file to the client folder on Digital Pigeon and my client gets an email to let them know the work is complete and they can download the file.
