HiThis is what I’m offering to my customers: they can buy an online course on my website and gets (on a start date he chooses) 21 motivational/supportive/informative text messages for the upcoming month.So, example:Buy the course on 23 januari.Start date of the text messages: 28 februari. Hi, I have a problem. When I finish testing the zap (it works right) and I turn it on, when I refresh the page, the zap is off (A mail is sent and says something like "your zap couldn't turn on, try again". I can't find a solution, can you please help me? Thank you so much.
Creating a Zap for @mentions in Chatter to Slack
I am trying to setup a Zap so that anytime an @mention is used for a certain team in a Salesforce Chatter post it will trigger and action to post the message that includes the @mention to a Slack Channel.Example:Someone creates a post in Salesforce Chatter and includes “@helpdesk” in the body of the message. The Zap is triggered and posts the message from Chatter to members of the Help Desk’s channel in Slack. Please help!
How to Import Google Analytics medium/source with New Deal.

Change "Lookup Values" In Zap All At Once
So I have a Zap with 13 actions inside it. I am using it for MLB so for example, I have the, Yankees, as a shown below in my, “Home Team” action.In total I have 6 actions for the home team (Yankees) and I have 5 actions for the away team (Red Sox). Having to go inside of each action individually to change the Yankees to another team like the Cubs requires me to keep changing the Lookup Value individually from Yankees to Cubs for each action & then having to “test and continue” each time I change the lookup value. Is there a fast solution for me to change these 2 team names and it update on all 11 actions in total (6 home team actions, 5 away team actions)? Help would be much appreicated! Final format is from excel to google doc if that helps to know. Google doc is the last step where it takes the team name (yankees) and all the stats that I want and puts it into my article.
How to trigger Constant Contact campaign if no reply to Outlook email after 3 days?
I would like to trigger a drip campaign in constant contact if there is no reply to an email for three days. We send quotes to potential clients that fill out a form on our website. We would like to start a drip campaign if the potential client does not respond to this email after 3 days. The emails are sent from outlook. We have a zap that creates a contact in outlook once a form is filled out in gravity forms. Also when someone fills out a form in gravity forms it creates a contact in constant contact. When this contact does not respond to the quote we would like to start a drip campaign in constant contact the educates the client about our services. Is this possible with Zapier?
Using Google Sheets to perform calculations on contact details in HubSpot and update contacts with new data - lagging
I am currently creating a Zap in which when a contact is updated or changed in HubSpot, the contact is imported into an a Google sheets and certain statistics are calculated based on the imported data. Once the statistics are calculated, the contact details in HubSpot are updated with the new statistics. The final step in the zap is to delete all the imported dataI’ve managed to get this to work when small numbers of contacts are changed. However, I encounter a number of issues when larger numbers of contacts are changed. (I’ve tested by changing 100+ contacts in one trigger):The zap itself becomes laggy when it is triggered. I imagine this is because the zap is importing details, exporting calculations and then deleting the row for each contact. The lag results in some rows not being deleted. The number of tasks used is extremely high since the zap has 5 tasks and the zap technically runs for each updated contact. If the zap runs 100s of times a day, its likely that the monthly task l
Multiple Salesforce Accounts
I’m at an organization that has recently merged and we’re in the process of migrating 2 salesforce accounts into one instance. However, that is several months away and I’m left straddling both for the moment. I have no problem hooking up a single salesforce app, but I can’t seem to find a way to hook up the other one. I go to my apps, and click “add connection”. Once I select salesforce, all I can select from is Company A’s prod/sandbox environment. I’ve checked to see if this is a cookie issue and logged out and started an incognito window to login to zapier and it still defaults to company A’s connection (which has been already setup). I need to be able to add company B and login separately. Am I missing something here? Is that not supported in zapier?
Duplicate zap is creating a copy of the original zap I duplicated in the folder?
When I click on the Duplicate option for a Zap in a folder, it creates a copy of the original Zap I created in that folder and duplicated and not the current one I’m selecting Duplicate for, other than it has the name of the Zap I’m selecting, but the Zap tasks are all from the original duplicated Zap.I’ve tried logging out and back into Zapier, I’ve tried flushing the browsers caches, I’ve tried incognito mode, I’ve tried both Edge and Chrome, etc and get the same behavior.Is this expected behavior for the Duplicate option?
How to create a ticket in HubSpot when a prospect contacts support in Intercom?
Hi everyone,First time creating a Zap so I need a little bit help. I would like to create a ticket on Hubspot each time a Hubspot ‘s prospect contact the support in Intercom. I try to have all the follow informations from the intercom’s conversation: the email content, the hs_user_id of the prospect who contacted the support, the contact owner of the contact in Hubspot, the email subject if there is one and the link of the intercom conversation.Therefore I did this : Is someone could tell me if this workflow is correct ?I also have few issues for action “3.create ticket in hubspot” . I couln’t find the contact owner in the properties settingand when i test my action it creates a ticket on hubspot but when i click on the ticket then i couln’t see all the additional properties to retrieve I set up. Acuity to Honeybook message "no action available."
I am trying to create a Zap between Acuity Scheduling and Honeybook. When I get to the Action steps, there is a message on the Honeybook app that says “no action available.” I have called Honeybook and they say it is a Zapier issue. Thank you! I’m new here...
SMS works fine in test, but does not trigger when Zap is on
I have a Zap consisting of a webhook from Airtable that the great @Troy Tessalone helped me figure out. Eternal thanks for that one!Now I have a new issue. I pull data from Airtable via the webook and send a message containing that data via my text provider, JustCall.When I test the zap, everything works fine. When I turn the Zap on, the text never sends. I’ve been waiting about 3 days now for that text, so I’m certain it’s not a polling problem.When using zap instead of webhook, I’ll get one with a 15 minute-1 hour delay, so I get polling there. But the webhook should at least send something, right?Any thoughts?
How to add time entries into Quickbooks Time using Google Sheets?
I am struggling with a zap that creates a time entry in Quickbooks Time from every line entered on a Google Sheet. I would like for my admin to collect and log time performed by several people working on a single project. I don’t want to give her access to my Quickbooks account and I can’t add her to my Tsheets account (long story). Has anyone written a zap for this that they are wiling to share. I also use projects in Quickbooks so the time entry would have to link to the correct project
Has anyone gotten PagerDuty Zaps to work with Webhooks V3?
Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to Zapier, so trying to get my head arounds things. One of the use cases we have for Zapier is generating a Zendesk ticket when a PagerDuty alert is triggered. We are looking to move to PagerDuty Webhook V3 (per advice from the PagerDuty Documentation, as existing ones are being deprecated https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/webhooks?#migrating-from-v1v2-generic-extensions-to-v3-webhook-subscriptions ) We’ve found that Zapier no longer acknowledges the trigger event in a standard PagerDuty → Zendesk Zap, it just simply does not find any events. Was wondering if anyone around these forums has used the new web hook v3 features of PagerDuty and gotten it working with their Zaps? We can kick this problem down the road until March with V2 web hooks, but would rather just fix it for good now.
Trouble sending all order data from Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets
This zap is relatively straightforward - whenever an order is created on Amazon Seller Central, create a new row on Google Sheets. I am able to download a csv of orders on Amazon Seller Central in any time range, which provides data such as date, order_id, price, status, product name, etc.. However, Google Sheets is only receiving partial data. More specifically, only the dates, status, service, product name, and asins are captured. Other important pieces of data such as item price, shipping price, currency are not being sent to the Google Sheet. Anyone have any experience with zapping orders from Amazon Seller Central to Google Sheets who can chime in about this? Any help is appreciated!

My trigger for the form entry is working properly. MailChimp tag not found
After creating a tag in Mailchimp, it does not show up when creating the zap. In “Tag(s)” I clicked “Custom” and typed in the exact MC tag and hit “Refresh fields” but it says:“We’re having trouble loading 'Tag(s)' data (Resource Not Found - The requested resource could not be found.)”I have searched for articles about this issue, but found nothing that helps. Send email reminder to clients attending Google Calendar events
Hi all! I want to use an automation to send an email reminder to clients (Attendees Emails) prior to meetings, based on Google calendar event timing. I’ve managed to find the automation but the problem is that I don’t see where I can add a filter so the email reminder will only send to clients meetings and not internal company events.The idea was to filter based on email addresses so internal email addresses (for example emails with @comapany.com) will not get the remainder and all other email addresses will. Quickbase can’t find record id
I am trying to create a zap that triggers from an in coming gmail then update a quickbase record.Problem is that the string of text from the email doesnt seem to find a record id in quickbase.If I type the string in manually it works, but using the string from the email doesnt (see image)If I actually type 899VUO into the criteria value it works…..Any help appreciated..

This morning was trying to run a zap that fetches from IG and inserts into my mysql database. It failed saying no new records, but digging further, I see “This account is expired.Please reconnect it here.”So I try to reconnect, and get the following:“Oh, foo.Zapier could not connect to your account.Unable to fetch long-lived access token: Unsupported get request.”Every angle leads to this message when trying to reconnect. The IG account is valid, and I’m currently logged in. This happens after I click approve/allow.Thanks!hank
