HI All,I need to create a Zap that will collect information from people who watch GoToWebinar recordings. GoToWebinar creates a Recording Report, but I need one zap that will collect data from up to 40 recordings (that accumulate over time) and send it to Excel (on OneDrive) or Google Sheets) on a monthly basis. Is there anyone who has similar experience or is there someone out there who would like to work on this project for me for a reasonable and customary fee? I am a novice with Zapier, so I am in the dark!
What are the best alternatives to Zapier? We have had a problem with changes to checklists in Process Street not reflecting in Zapier. As a result, we can’t update our Zaps because the new fields aren’t reflected even given time, updated API, etc. This has been going on for WEEKS.This is crippling us and over about six emails Support has only responded with idiotic guidance like “make sure you have an active checklist.” Three times. I have sent videos and screenshots and they have stopped responding. So, time for a new service. Who’s the best alternative to Zapier for task automation?

We have some colleagues who share their names, working time and working progress in slack; e.g.“John Doe10.07.2021; check in 17:00”“John Doecheck out 20:003 contracts4 maintenance”These are two notifications which should appear in one row like this:date : name : check in : check out : con. : main10.07. : John Doe : 17:00. : 20:00. : 3. : 4 all other details should not be mentioned. First of all, forgive me if this question has already been answered but i couldn’t find one that matches exactly what i’m trying to do (if it’s even possible)So, i know there’s different ways to set up forms to send automatic replies, but i’m trying to skip the form completely on this one. I would like to send emails to contacts that already belong to my database (not new ones) to confirm their attendance to an event. So what i need from zapier is to figure which of the contacts clicked on the email.My company uses Masterbase to manage their campaigns, so perhaps if i use a webhook to listen to a url on a button in the email...and then create an action that sends a reply to an inbox with the email it came from. That way i could store all the contacts that clicked in a spreadsheet or a crm. from that point i can look for duplicates and whatnot, but to know who clicked: that’s my goal.Would this work? Is there a proper way of doing this?All information will be greatly appreciated, thanks
I have a Zap that links EKM Sales to QuickBooks to create a Sales Receipt. To make the zap work I have 5 steps that convert the VAT rate to a code (the receipts tend to be split rated) for each line item (number.spreadsheet.formula) work out the price before VAT for each line item (spreadsheet formula), work out the delivery before VAT (number.spreadsheet.formula) and each line’s subtotal (Utilities) Work out the code for the bank the sale has been sent to (paypal or current through Stripe) (spreadsheet formula)This means each zap is 6 tasks and eats it’s way through my allowance quicklyIs there any way for me to combine these tasks?
Hi I’ve set up a Zap to put Typeform responses into a Google Sheets doc. This all works, apart from where I have the option of ‘other’ in the questions, I have selected the (other) response but nothing appears on the sheet when something is entered there. I also wanted to set up a Zap so that people would be added to Action Network when they do the form on Typeform - I can do this but it will only let me add anyone who has filled out the form, instead of just the people who answered that they would like to be subscribed to the mailing list. Any ideas??Thank you!Kay
Hi I have read all IMG URL posts in this forum but haven’t found a solution for that works for me. I run a Sharetribe GO market place (only a Sharetribe FLEX is available as app) so I need to pick the data via RSS feed when a new listing is posted. Hi, I am running into an issue and not sure where to start or how to resolve. I have an integration between Zapier and PDF Filler where PDF Filler has “check mark” type fields. My issue is that for example, the hwh_ind field I would like to be set to ON, YES, or TRUE (which will result in it being check marked in PDFfiller) based on conditions. The way it set right now, it is either ON or OFF but it’s not that simple. I would like to set it ON if incoming catch hook data is certain value, else do nothing.Can someone help me?
I have a Google Sheet with a list of 50 names and emails, which I want to register automatically every two weeks for a webinar in GoToWebinar. I’ve created a form in Webflow and when I submit this form, all those people from my Google Sheet should be registered for a webinar. The challenge:I know how I could register one single person, but not how I could register ALL people from the list.Anyone an idea?
I created a flow so when a ticket is opened in Zendesk a task is created in a ClickUp list, I would like when I move the task between the list statuses that the status is changed within Zendesk, for example when I move the task to "done" in ClickUp, the status is changed to "resolved" in Zendesk. I've tried it in every way but I couldn't find a way to link tickets via a unique ID. It may be necessary to perform a search through a query, but I couldn't do it, I need help.
Hello Community !I’ve set up a zap with Gdrive / GoogleSheets.Unfortunately, I’m unable to make the “ lookup spreasheet row” function in the zap work.The spreadsheet “countries and emails” is a 2 column table, with 200 lines: Countries| emails . Yes there are headers.When someone fills a form (country being a mandatory field), then the zap should perform a Lookup to find to which email address it should be forwarded. So, I set up the lookup spreadsheet row like this:Lookup column: countries Lookup value: (inherited from form): Italy for instanceI had of course selected the right spreadsheet, worksheet etc. in my gdrive and there are values in thereBut I get this message: Does anyone have a clue? Hi, I am using the Pandadoc bulk send to sent contracts to my clients. To do that I import a csv file with the right infos.Then once the contracts are sent, I would like to link these contracts to my hubspot contacts. I’m looking to manage 2 different schedules with 1 zap if possible, or 1 calendar that will publish under 2 different colors. Is that possible? Or is my only option to distinguish between the 2 different calendars to have 2 different forms with respective zaps and calendars?
Hey there, is there a way to set up a Zap that synchs activities between Hubspot CRM and Freshsales?Specifically, I’m wanting the emails that have been sent from Hubspot (or synch’d to the Contact record in HubSpot from Gmail) to show up in the Lead record in Freshsales. Also, would like “notes” and the “call logs” synch’d Freshsales.The use case is we’re outsourcing some sales prospecting activities, and the sub uses Hubspot. We use Freshsales. And, it would great to have a full synch on prospecting activities (emails, call logs, notes) between the two systems. Thanks for your responses!
Good Day, I have two questions about a Zap I’m working and would really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on the snags I have run into please?I have a Webhook collecting data and sending responses from a questionnaire into a google response form.I have linked the form correctly and changes made to the Google Forms document are reflected in the Google Response form but when I run my Zap I am not able to get the responses to populate the Google Forms document in my drive.The Google Response form populates every time I run a test.Another question, is there a way to delete the responses from a Google Response form at the end of a Zap, once the Google Form has been populated? I envisage having to save the Google form as a copy first to preserve the answers from the previous triggered Zap?Any suggestions are very much appreciated.Thank you
Hi guys,I made a Zap that creates a Deal, Person & Organization. I’m trying to make sure that Zap won’t create a duplicate Organization if a same person would send a response from Google Form and would write a company that has an extra letter/space in it but the same company is already existing in PD that it won’t then it shouldn’t create a new Organization. How can I see all the forms available (which are already been integrated to zappier) for me to custom gathering of leads and categorize the subscribe clients?Thank you.
Hello all! When I try to create any Zap with the CrateJoy (beta) integration, I can’t get past the test phase (and if I try to run the Zap anyway, it doesn’t work). I get the following error message: “Test trigger (error)A Subscription could not be found.JSON results array could not be located. [Troubleshoot error] (button)We couldn’t find a subscriptionCreate a new subscription in your CrateJoy (1.7.1) #2 account and test your trigger again.” I tried creating a new subscription, but got the same error message. Any advice as to how I can resolve this?
