Hi,I have a google forms that asks individuals to upload documents that i have limited to only be PDFs. I want to then take those pdfs and drop them into a google drive folder created by the name of the person completing the form (ie: Sally submits her 3 documents, in drive, a “Sally” folder is created and her 3 documents are labeled as they’re supposed to be (ie: Sally_1, Sally_2, and Sally_3). HOWEVER, it’s not actually pulling in the pdfs. I’ve attached screenshots of the Zap as well as my GDrive folder where it is going.Thank you!!
I have an account with Zapier and I have integrated quaderno check out page with enrollment in the Thinkific course. It worked well for few months, but now I launched the second course. And for the second course, participants who pay are not enrolled automatically in the course.Can you pls advise on how to integrate for enrollment when having multiple courses?

When using Amazon Polly in a Zap to translate text to audio, I can’t access the Polly ‘Engine’ field to specify the ‘Neural’ value. Instead, I don’t have an option to select ‘Engine’ and the default translation method is ‘Standard’. How do I access additional Amazon Polly fields in a zap?

Hi all,have a topic that I’d love to automate with Zapier but am stuck and can’t figure out if it’s possible.Goal: If an activity in Pipedrive is created, I want an Asana task to be created.I know that there is a Zap for this exact problem, but it doesn’t let me specify which pipeline and what kind of deal. Not being able to specify anything, makes this not very useful to me, as it would create tasks that are irrelevant to my team.Maybe I have to put a step before where I can filter in pipedrive? I want to add people from my Mailchimp list to a certain Sales Funnel on Pipedrive. I created a Zap that finds/creates a person AND creates a Deal to the right funnel, but it doesn’t link the person with the deal, therefore I can’t see the person’s contact info on the deal. Is there a way to fix this? So I want to see the person’s phone number on the deal.
Wanting to use zapier to pull contact data from hubspot based on a contact property criteria and then create a new worksheet all the contacts returned.This isn’t dependant on a property changing in hubspot, rather I’d just like to pull all the contact data for current customers in Hubspot and put them into a new worksheet in google. I want to track an email to a contact’s progression (e.g., sent, open, clicked, bounced) in my CRM. MailJet’s webhook can pass the event , time, email: and CustomID , among other things. It seems to me that the best way to link the MailJet event to the associated contact in my CRM is to set the MailJet CustomID to equal the ContactID in my CRM. Is there anyway to set the MailJet CustomID when sending a MailJet email through Zapier?

Ik heb een zap gekregen van iemand die het mogelijk maakt dat wanneer een klant een bestelling plaatst op mijn website, dat deze gegevens naar MyParcel worden verstuurd (zie bijlage). Nu wil ik van hieruit dat deze labels automatisch worden doorgestuurd naar mijn mailadres (in PDF) en gesorteerd worden onder ''Labels in Gmail'' , zodat wanneer ik de PC aan zet, ik vanuit Gmail de verzend labels gemakkelijk kan versturen naar mijn printer. De pakbonnen komen automatisch al binnen in Gmail vanuit mijn betaalsoftware. Als de verzend labels dan ook binnenkomen via Gmail, dan kan ik alles mooi regelen vanuit een centraal punt als Gmail. De koppeling met mijn betaalsoftware en Zapier is al gemaakt ( Invite Only) Ook staat er al een filter ingesteld van welke gegevens verzameld moeten worden. Alleen stap 3 en 4 uit deze zap, krijg ik zelf niet voor elkaar omdat dit mij te ingewikkeld wordt met webhooks en API. Een
Hi everybody, I am pretty new to zapier and just figuring out how things can best be done … I have a zap set up that successfully captures and sends 5 pieces of data from my website when a user enters their email address there in a special popup. The zap sends this data to a Google Sheets sheet. (via instant webhook). The data arrives in GS almost as soon as it is entered on the website. When this data lands in the GS sheet, I then wanted a script to immediately run that uses these 5 pieces of data to look up 3 more pieces of data from another GS sheet, and update the spreadsheet row with these 3 new pieces of data. (So I now have a row in GS sheets with 8 pieces of data in it). I then have another zap set up that, as soon as those 3 new pieces are data are added to the spreadsheet row, the zap fires and sends all 8 pieces of data off to Mailchimp, which then automatically sends an email to the email address that was entered on the website. I am trying to create a Zap between Acuity Scheduling and Honeybook. When I get to the Action steps, there is a message on the Honeybook app that says “no action available.” I have called Honeybook and they say it is a Zapier issue. Thank you! I’m new here...
Hi,It’s been 10 days that i am trying to resolve a problem about connecting My facebook leads to gmail and i have shared the problem with zapier team so many times. The response is so poor that i cann one response after following 3-4 days and that also incomplete.I am trying to connect my 2nd facebook business account. The zap is showing all fine but every time it ask me to connect my facebook account again. Hi, I was recommended by Pipedrive support to contact you about automice invoice information into deals in Pipedrive. My problem: I register a lot of deals in Pipedrive every week. A lot of them are connected to the same customer. My Finance department needs the invoice information for evry dela, to make the invoice. They take this information from Pipedrive manually, and send the invoice to the customer. The problem is that the invoice information doesn't automatically follows from deal to deal for the same customers/accounts, which means if I get 100 sales from one customer in one monte, i need to write in the invoice information 100 (!!) times, the same month! There must be a solution for this? To make Pipedrive fill out this type of information for me automatically, on delas that I already have written in the address so many times before!? We talked about this with Pipedrive, and they dident have a solution, but said that you might have? I so hope that you can help me. Because all
I’m planning an integration with Zapier to go from ClickFunnels to trigger an action of creating a new lead in Chime & would like to know what info I’ll want to collect from my client’s Chime account in order to make this happen. I won’t have access to Chime directly, so would like to come up with a specific list. The lead form has… ~ name~ phone~ a couple of text / input fields… that all will need to be added / mapped over to Chime. Do these fields need to be setup in advance? Do I need to select a specific List? Will I need more than just an API code to setup?Thank YOU VERY much in advance for helping. I’m looking to manage 2 different schedules with 1 zap if possible, or 1 calendar that will publish under 2 different colors. Is that possible? Or is my only option to distinguish between the 2 different calendars to have 2 different forms with respective zaps and calendars?
I work for an MSP that is full stack support. I am the project manager and have come to find that Connectwise (CWM) project management is pretty abysmal. My engineers still need to enter time into connectwise and we manage our project templates in Connectwise.What Im trying to do is create a Zap to copy projects from our Managed Services Board and Professional Service boards into the appropriate boards in Asana. I need to copy project name, tickets, and tasks on projects as subtasks of tickets if any.I currently have a zap created from CWM > Asana to find and create MS Project tickets and place them on the Managed Services board, but cannot figure out how to get tickets or subtasks into Asana. Hello All, I'm continually downloading reports and utilizing them to supplant information on Google sheets.If I somehow happened to get the report to appear in my Gmail inbox, does anybody know how I can robotize the cycle so the connection record is consequently used to supplant Google Sheets information?
We create invoices in Zoho and receive payments also in Zoho. There is currently a Zap that will create the invoice in QBO after it’s created in Zoho, but no Zap that records the payment from Zoho into QBO. I’d love to see this functionality created in Zapier - I think there would be TONS of users that would use this.
Hi Zapier community, I am working on a solution for my team, where we are transposing information from Asana to SmartSheet using Zapier. I would like to transpose the assignee email address from a task in Asana to SmartSheet. When I try to setup the action, I do not see any dynamic content to input email address in SmartSheet (please see attached screenshot). Any suggestions?
