403 Forbidden Error: Teamwork to Salesforce

Hi all,

I am setting up a Zap to grab a time entry from Teamwork and create a new record in Salesforce.

The Zap has been tested and works as defined. However, I am having an issue activating the Zap.

 

Salesforce: Confirmed that user has CRED permission on object

Teamwork: Webhooks enabled.

 

Potential issue would be adding a webhook url. Where can I find this webhook URL so I can add to Teamwork.

Thanks. Found the problem. The TW user the client created was read only. They promoted me to Admin and I was able to activate the Zap.

    Teamwork has this available Zap trigger, so you shouldn’t need to get a webhook and add it to Teamwork as the Teamwork Zap app takes care of that integration configuration.
