Hi, I have a zap to take a gumroad sale and add customer email to mailchimp list. I’m getting the following error:Required field "First Name" (merges__FNAME) is missing. During gumroad checkout, I have a text field for “First Name” that is required however zap still fails. Please help,Matt
Hi everyone. I’m trying to track Asana tasks and their status in a Google Sheets document. I have set up two Zaps: The first Zap will create a new row in Google Sheets once a task in Asana has been created, the second Zap will update the row in Google Sheets (via Lookup spreadsheet rows) when there are changes to the Asana task. Setting up the Zaps has been successful and the first Zap (creating the new row in Google Sheets for a new Asana task ) works just fine, but the second Zap (data transfer from Asana to Google Sheets) has been very unreliable - most of the fields of the Asana tasks (including native Asana fields such as Due Date as well as custom fields with text, numbers or dates) will not be transferred and the respective cell in Google Sheets will be empty. This doesn’t apply to all fields as some are transferred successfully, so I’m assuming the Lookup Row functions is working. The Zaps are run successfully but I receive a ‘fields no value’ message for the fields that end up
Hey guys, I´m reaching out to you because lately we had two errors in the Zap called “The app returned "The request has been throttled" when finding/creating folders in OneDrive. The Zap has 44 actions in total, it starts with searching and updating a record in SF, some formatter steps and then OneDrive orrurs. In both Zaps it stopped in Step 10: where I search for a file and if it´s not existing create it. After that would be 13 create a folder steps and 5 update file steps.We have a premium plan and enough storage in OneDrive - does anyone know why this error occures and how to fix it? After the two zaps with this error the next 5 worked well till the end. Thank you!!!
Most of my zaps are returning: Trigger partner failure: read_hook() missing 1 required positional argument: 'cleaned'I’ve received 80 error emails over the last 45 minutes, even though none of these zaps have been triggered.
I have two strings that are being output from Maximizer CRM. The formulas that create the fields always ends with a comma which I can’t remove in the originating program.I need to remove these trailing commas before using the strings in Formatter OR I need to remove the last item from the resulting line-items list.Alternatively, is there a way to use a code step to remove the commas and create the line items?I have no experience with code steps but will give it a go.
I have a Zap that copies event from Google Calendar A to Google Calender B when an event is created or updated in A. The problem is that when an event is updated in A I want the existing copy of the event in B to be replaced (Or deleted and then created from scratch - whatever is easiest. Basically I want to emulate the behaviour when you manually create an event in your Google Calender and then later on changes something in it) but instead Zapier just creates a new event while leave the existing event as is. This means that I end up with a lot of duplicate events.I see several ways to achieve this but they all have their issues or problems I don’t understand.I start with a New or Updated Event in Google Calendar trigger. I then use the Path by Zapier: The steps in A looks like this: Here it start to get confusing:The option “Create Google Calendar Event if it doesn’t exist yet?” maybe already covers my use case? Is there a zap flow that would do the following:When a new file is added to dropbox, rename the file to have the same name as it’s containing folder. So each new file should adopt it’s containing folder’s name. For anyone wondering, each folder will already have a unique name so there’s no issue of overwriting.

Hey Zapier community, I saw a zap where it reassigns a lead if the lead hasn’t been contacted within 5 minutes in followupboss. I was wondering can I just make this zap on the admin account or do I need to make this zap for each agent account I have in Followupboss? I just set up a zap to send new airtable records to clickup. The integration works, but it looks like all I can transfer over is the title of the record, the ID, and the publish date. Is that correct? It doesn’t seem useful to only be able to send the name of the record. I’m not getting any of the necessary details in clickup. Is there a way to push the entire record to a clickup task? I get a ton of options on the clickup end. But on the airtable end it just gives me the those few options.
I have multiple zaps set up to send emails at 2 weeks, 1 week, 1 day and 45 min before the event, so when I set up an event it will run all of these and send multiple emails if the timeframe has passed.ie. I set one up today for tomorrow and it sent 3 emails, but I really only need it to send the 1 day and 45 min before emails. How can I get it to skip over the others that are past the timeframe? Thanks for the help, I don’t even know how to effectively search google for this problem because I don’t really know how to describe it.
I’m having a difficult time figuring something out with Zapier. Here’s my flow and what I’m trying to accomplish. This is all contained in a single Zap. I have a Zapier catch WebHook that captures data from my vendor’s website – this works That data is processed as a new row in a table in our SQL Server DB – this portion works without my trigger (see item 3 below) I need to update that new row’s data in our SQL Server with additional data before passing the new row’s data to WooSender via Zapier. – Not working The data is sent to WooSender for their processing. - works Here is what I have tried but to no avail. I created an after-insert trigger in our SQL server that gathers and updates this new record created from the Zapier WebHook contents adding the rest of the data I need to pass to WooSender. (i.e. time zone based on a zip code, WooSender campaign information, etc. The trigger is causing the action in Zapier to fail.

I had a zap for sending errors to my slack channel. It was turned on for more than a year…. but recently it started to send an error that comes from this same zap. The error shows a message “Trigger partner failure: read_hook() missing 1 required positional argument: 'cleaned'” I am using Zapier Manager. Hey guys,I’m trying to set up a trigger for a WP Form. I use ConvertKit for my email marketing, but none of the forms look good in one placement. So I thought I’d try using the “custom” option. You can’t see it below, but when I click on Custom, the field says “enter text or insert data” and I have no idea what this means. Thanks!
Good afternoon!I've been looking for a way to share files in the cloud with my Chinese supplier for a while now.I am in the process of automating my invoices and quotations using Zapier.I receive a CSV file with Data and Size drawings in JPG by email. Now I would like this to go through Google Spreadsheet or google Drive or Dropbox etc. However this is all blocked in China, my supplier cannot use this.I do not want to move this file and drawings manually but would like to have this automated.Does anyone here have a tip on how to easily share data with China? This app should be bi-available in Zapier to access the data.
Hi, I have created a Zap which gets triggered when a message is received on Slack channel. The message format looks like this: My zap is getting triggered when the message is received but on the Text field, it says - “This content cant be displayed”. I need the company_id from this message to trigger the rest of the workflow in the Zap. Can someone please help me figure out what to do here?

Hello,I’m just creating a zap that will pull data from Active Campaign and send to Zoho Analytics. Basically, once a university student fills out this form, they are added to the contact list for University Enquirers. From there I want to pull specific custom fields (see screenshot below) and add a new row to Zoho Analytics. The issue we are having is that there are no custom fields for university, instead a tag gets added depending on which form they filled out. We can’t make it a custom field as each university has their own form with their own colours and branding, so instead it becomes a tag. This tag gets added along with other tags so what I tried doing was using text formatter and the “Split Text” option. Which is working fine, however it appears with [Enquirer] QUT at the start and I just want it to appear with the university name, and without the [Enquirer] part. So, I used a second text formatter below the first one to replace [Enquirer] with nothing.When I test the zap it ap
