Hi,I’m completely new to Zapier and I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if Zapier will do what I need it to or am I on the wrong path? I’m completely new to automation so please bare with me :-) I have an airtable base that has multiple tabs set up in it (sorry if I’m using the wrong terms here...). Two of those tabs store data that we want to send to multiple wordpress websites. We need a new custom post to be created when a new entry is added to airtable, one of the tabs is to create one custom post type - the other tab creates a different custom post type. We also need it to update the posts if there is a change within airtable. From what I’ve read so far I think Zapier will do the above for me...I’m not so sure about the updating of posts though. The next bit however I really can’t work out. Once the data is transferred to wordpress we need to be able to access the data to then be able to manually create different custom posts on an as needed basis.The only other way I can ex

I don’t seem to understand how to calculate the number of Tasks (I know, it probably is a recurring topic), thanks for pointing me in the right direction:I have a Zap that gets a single trigger and then plays. Step 6 is a Webhook GET request that seems to return a JSON array. I want the Zap to perform actions for each element of the array. For Step 7, the input for the action is that output returned by Step 6 (element i of JSON array), so I assume all following Steps including this one will play as many times as there are elements in the array (returned by Step 6).But that’s not what I seem to see in the task history: As expected, the Zap runs as many times as there are elements inthe Array provided by Step 6, however, the number of Tasks is the total number of Steps in the Zap for each run.That doesn’t make sense to me...Wouldn’t it make sense, if steps up to the Steps that take the array as input are counted only once? Is the Zap actually playing ALL Steps (also the ones BEFORE the W

But unable to create a task in Zapier I'm certain that I have entered my correct project id.I have been searching for same questions and answer but can't seem to find one. Hello all! I need help to create an automation workflow. Total newbie and I need to know if this is possible. My business is creating voiceovers and transcriptions. Here's what I want to happen with Zapier:Step 1. When my client pays for a service (trying to decide between Square and Stripe), I want to have my file sharing service (planning on using Digital Pigeon for my file sharing service) create a folder with either the order number on it OR the clients name on it.Step 2. I do my work... no zaps needed here Step 3. I upload the finished file to the client folder on Digital Pigeon and my client gets an email to let them know the work is complete and they can download the file. I am trying to simply add three employees automatically to every single event that gets created or updated. We have a generic google calendar for our podcast guests to schedule their podcast episode. We want to automatically have that event invite our personal calendars. I feel like this should be very simple, but it has taken me 4 hours of searching and researching to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
Hello, So I have asked the first question and was assisted. The general idea is someone submits a Google Form and it creates a Slack Channel automatically. The next step is to make sure users are added to the channel automatically to avoid manually touching it. The issue I run into is you can only select created channels so how would Zapier know to add users to the recently created channel? Thanks in advance.
Hi, I am trying to connect my website for lead generator from them and transfer to our CRM named Acculynx. Apprently it was working before, but I am trying to interface but in the website I have beta version of Acculynx software. So, what I should do in order to connect betwen these websites?
Whenever I try to create a zap, Zapier asks me to give it the Survey Gizmo API key and Secret Key and when I give it the key from Survey Gizmo it gives me an authentication error even though it’s the correct key. What do I do? Hi,I’m starting to acumulate a lot of Zaps and would like to organise better. Firstly I’d like an exported list of all Zap’s and ID’s if possible. I can then use the ID’s as references in my documentation and workflow diagrams. Anyone got any ideas on how to do this with some automation or queries? Cheers
I am trying to add 10 days to a date after using the date formatter. It is not adding the days. If I use the original column +7d without the date formatter, it works. The 7 Day Follow Up works. We often get connections dropping for no reason, LearnWorld today, Xero last week, ActiveCampaign a couple of weeks ago, etc.We receive the "account encountered an authentication problem." email and it’s always simply clicking reconnect, we never need to do anything to the accounts to connect.Is this just an inherent problem that everyone has?
I have been using zapier to take customer information and create lines in Airtable when they book with us. We have recently started using Monday.com and I am trying to transition everything over. The Issue:When I setup my zaps with Monday.com everything seems to be working well until I try to setup column values. I’ve looked up another article that explains how to do it, turned on monday labs, turned on developer mode and I am getting the column names by clicking the drop down arrow next to the column and typing in the grey value listed. eg. “numbers.” Can someone help?
I have a zap connected to Typeform to collect all entries via a Google spreadsheet which is then emailed daily. The issue is, this spreadsheet contains every form entry. Is there a way to reset the zap and clear the Google sheet daily, so it only collects the day’s entries.
Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!
Looking for some help with Google Sheets Formatting! My end goal is to take information from a specific row to create a new google doc from a template. Here are a few sample rows- Here’s what the doc template looks like- I only want an item (i.e. the column header food iteam) to show up if the quantity is greater than 0. I have created a Zap whereby i want the data in Excel to be transferred into Xero as in invoice. I have tested etc and there are no errors but when i come to run the zap manually Zapier tells me no new data has been found. There have been multiple lines of data entered into the spreadsheet prior to running the zap. What am i missing.
Is there a way to delay a trigger?I currently use Formsite and I have Stripe connected to it. I’m trying to run a zap on Payment Submitted status. However, Formsite marks the form Completed before payment is submitted. Hence, when it triggers the Zap on Zappier it is recognizing the payment as incomplete because the user still hasn’t completed payment. So I’m either looking to delay the trigger or have the zap go back into the trigger after a delay in pick up the updated information.
hello, I am creating an automation that for a given customers stores all emails in a google doc, if the email has an attachment , the attachment is saved in a file in a google drive folder and a link is appended to the text.Here is the flow : https://zapier.com/shared/c86f2c8fc039186fd8bb70b3949dfff62254bcfc I have a few problems:i have a list of customers and their name, i want that if the folder for the customer exists the attachment is saved in this folder, else drive needs to create it. do not know how to do this I want the folder where to save the attachment and the google doc is equal to the customer email in the google sheet list. i do not know how ot math this, also remember that in real life we may have more than 4 customers so the loop needs to be longer than the 4 emaisl i have here When i append the email text to the googlesheet the format is not good, the text is all sequencial without breaks. i have tried formatting the text box in the zap but it does not work last
Hi Friends, I have a question regarding the connections between KLENTY & ZOHO CRM in case i have an email that was opened , and Later on Clicked . i have made a zap for an opened email to update a module of the lead .and once the lead has clicked the module of the Lead will change to click. my Question is does Zapier Append the module field, or does it add it to the module field?
