Formspark -> Gmail (business) not working, but works in tests.

I have a Formspark on my website’s homepage.

My goal is to have every person who fills out that form to automatically receive an email from my business gmail account. 

I created a zap, which uses “new submission” from sparkform as the trigger then sends the email. 

It works fine during testing where new submissions are pulled into the zap editor UI and the email is correctly sent from my business gmail. 

When I launch it, it fails to work. There’s no evidence of formspark receiving new submission and I receive no emails. 


Could someone help me debug this?

Good question.

The Zap trigger is scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.
