SysAid to DevOps Abnormal Delay

I’ve created a new Zap that triggers on SysAid creation and creates a new DevOps ticket in response. It does correctly input a new ticket however the delay is significant even though the trigger is labelled as instant. The time difference between the SysAid ticket being submitted and the DevOps creation was 4 hours long. I am on the free trail version if that helps.

    Hi @cashco 

    Good question.

    You may need to try reaching out to SysAid Support to troubleshoot.

    Perhaps they are experiencing a queue lag with their webhook events.
