This is a Wix → ActiveCampaign Zap.I have three forms on my website, “contact us” “more info” and “register.” The idea is that depending on which form is submitted, the contact will be tagged as such. However, the email field is returning the below error. Here are all of the options: The one I need is the 5th one down. I don’t know where the first 3 come from. If I pick any of the first three, then it works but all three tags are applied instead of just the one for the specific form.
Hello - Zapier is not able to locate the Google Sheet I want to make a zap with. It’s able to find all of the other google sheets in our drive, and I made sure that the correct account is the owner and I even searched with the google sheet URL id. But it still comes up with no results. Thank you!
I am trying to create a zap with the trigger being from Dropbox. But the zap is not pulling in any folders to choose from and this is a required field.I checked to see if Dropbox was successfully connected and it is. I tried refreshing the fields. I tried deleting and creating a new Zap. I refreshed both sites so they had updated content...Any ideas on a fix or what the problem might be?

Featured Media Upload Issue in WordPress: No Option to Set Custom Value for Media when creating a Post
Hi, i’ve followed the two step process to upload media to wordpress, and create a post in wordpress. The entire process works great, but my featured media always shows up as 0 and therefore my featured image does not get associated wit the post. I followed the instructions here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-wordpress#add-a-custom-featured-image-to-your-wordpress-postThe problem is that it appears things have changed and there is no longer an option in create posts to set the featured media to “use a custom value”. If I instead select “upload media in wordpress” and I try using the id, the link, or any other field, it doesn’t work.
I have a google form, with about 6 rows of data. I’ve added a field to the end. Refreshing the data in the Zap doesn’t show the new field, even after changing the row. So I decided to change to a different spreadsheet - went through the setup, then changed back to the original spreadsheet in an attempt to get Zappier to pick up the new fields. It didn’t work.My next move was to delete all the data (rows) in the spreadsheet, then add one new row to see if Zap would pick that up. It didn’t and pulled in the data that I had already deleted. So when I step through the rows while testing old data shows up. So then I went back to the Google form and deleted the “form responses” as well as data in the sheet. Same response from the Zap - it keeps finding the old data, even when I refresh.This is frustrating, and seems to happen whenever there are changes to the form/data. I dont’ know if this is a Zap issue, a Google sheets issues, or if it’s something I’m doing incorrectly.
Hi!I’m using Zapier to connect Teamleader to Wati (automatic whatsapp messaging).I want to extract the telephone number from Teamleader Focus to Wati, but it won’t recognize the id and telephone number. It recognises something, but it looks encrypted (87ba86e8-e… instead of +324732...).Is this something that has to be solved on the Teamleader part, or is there something I do wrong on Zapier?Thanks in advance!Arno
Hey,I hope you’re doing well. I am generating leads with Typeform and redirecting it to a Google Sheet. And i would like through Zapier to send some leads that match a certain postal code. So i’ve gone through path rules and filter and none is working. I tried texte (even if it’s number) and it doesn’t work and tried number greater than 75000 (if the postal code can be between 75000 and 75999) and less than 75999. But it doesn’t work. Hi,GCLID field from Leadsquared won’t show up in the filter even though the field is created in leadsquared. We were trying to send the conversion back to google for Offline conversion tracking.. Any guidance would be of great help. Thanks.

Hello - fairly new to zapier, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the solution was simple, but here it goes.I’m trying to have zapier record a date in Smartsheet after it sends out an email. I’m benchmarking against another zap that is already accomplishing this task perfectly. I’ve been running into this weird issue where I can’t select or see any folders in my drive on zapier. I’ve already selected my google drive but the problem still remains.I also restarted the website several times but to no avail. Looking at a few recent runs of my Zap, I ran into this odd issue: Zap run was successful, no errors Find Record in Salesforce step behaved oddly Step considered a Success Data Out shows that the found status was true Returned an odd “hydrate” message with a long string of text behind it Should have returned the record’s fields In testing this Zap when I set it up, and again just now with the exact same trigger data, it worked both times and provided the full record fields. I have a Youcanbook.me booking page with a zap that creates an event whenever a new booking is made.The event is getting created without a problem.However, as soon as I go on the Zap, and try to load the bookings in the “Test” section, none of the new bookings appear except two very old bookings, and I get the following message: We couldn't find any more bookings. Create a new booking in your account and try again. This is causing me a headache to be able to test out new features.

Duplicate Gmail Attachments in Google Drive: How to Filter Uploaded Attachments to Avoid Duplicates in Zapier
Hello everyone,I created a zap to upload new Gmail attachments to my Google Drive. That works fine, I can get the attachment to Google Drive. Here is my challenge: If I respond/reply to the person that sent the attachment, for example to say thank you, my zap runs again and uploads the previously received attachments again. Now I have duplicates of the files in my Google Drive. I have tried to search my google drive for the attachment by file name and if nothing shows up continue (resulting in a true result). Then in a Zapier filter step I add if the file is over a certain size and if the file search is true then continue with the upload. Any one else have this issue? Any ideas how to fix?

(Note: This is set up to extract more data fields from the updated asset)Action 2: Upload file in Dropbox - not working. Returning: Failed to create a file in DropboxThe app returned "Origin Status Code Error: 422".I believe this is because the CDN link presented by Action 1 is the Asset CDN Link (used for embedding in websites) rather than the Attachment CDN Link. Unfortunately I can’t see the that the latter is extracted, so cannot select it.Does anyone know a better way of getting assets out of Brandfolder and presenting them to other cloud storage systems?
Hello everyone,I am trying to create an automation between Pipedrive and Gmail that sends an email to the organization after a delay of 3 days from the time the deal enters into specific pipeline phase.I have built the whole automation flow (which works correctly by testing with my email).When I search for the organization's email field to add to the To: it is not available unlike other fields such as: org name, org id etc. Any suggestions or help on this?Thank you very much for your help Luca
