Unable to set up Mailjet action in OptinMonster in my Zap

I am using the zap template for optinmonster to mailjet.  Optinmonster connected fine.  On the mailjet side, the account connects but when I try and set up the action, none of the mailjet field are available. I just get “no option available” in the dropdown.

Eventbrite data being forwarded as "info requested"

Hi everyone,We have been using eventbrite with zapier since a while and its providing great help to our business. We have been facing an issue recently; it is not happening to any of the particular event but in general zaps are not forwarding the correct data to our app sometime.The current flow of the use case for our business is when some-one gets a ticket from eventbrite zapier forwards us the details of the individual; we have been receiving these details at an api end-point. The issue in particular is that we some time receive data in text as “info requested” for couple of fields. I am not sure about the root cause of problem as it looks like maybe zapier not able to retrieve eventbrite data correctly or forwards it correctly.Looking for a quick fix or help on this. Thanks

Duplicated Appointment Email Data Transfer from Master to Agent Worksheets

Our company uses Setmore to schedule appointments between customers and agents. When a customer sets a new appointment with an agent, we want an email with that specific agent’s information to get sent to the customer in advance of the appointment.  We have things set up where a new appointment in Setmore triggers a Zap that creates a new line in a Google Sheet. The line contains the customer name, the agent name, and the agent email. We have another Zap set up to send an email when a new line is created in that Sheet, but so far, it is a generic email, and not one specific to the agent (agents contact information, signature, etc.) Unless there is a better way to do this,  when a new line is created in the Sheet, we want to check which agent’s name appears in the Agent column. Each agent will have their own Worksheet, and a Zap will create a new row with the customer name, agent, name, and agent email in the Agent’s worksheet. There will be one master Worksheet and a Worksheet for each

Basecamp: "Create project from template" action not working anymore

We are using the Basecamp app a lot in Zapier. One of the actions is "Create project from template". This action has worked correctly for the last year, but is now failing since yesterday evening.The error is "not found". I've checked with Basecamp support to see if anything changed on their end, but they confirmed that nothing changed for them.Anyone else running into the same problem?FYI - The “Create project” action in Basecamp still works fine

New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets NOT finding new records.

Hello, I am currently working on a Zap that takes long URLs from a Google Sheet, sends them to bit.ly to shorten them, then sends them back to the same spreadsheet. The initial prototype worked with no issues but it no longer works. The problem is the trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. I am still building the Zap but it is not pulling new records for me to work with. When I update anything in the specified spreadsheet column, nothing triggers. (Blurring trigger column because it contains company info) The last three records are updates to rows 997, 998 and 999 - it’s almost like these rows are recorded because they were created (because they’re the last three rows on the spreadsheet).  I have tried:Recreating the Zap from scratch Going back to old Zaps where this trigger did work, it no longer does Recreating the Google Sheet Reconnecting my Google AccountAny help would be greatly appreciated. Mollie error: The app returned "Order line 1 is invalid. Invalid amount value for field unitPrice.".

Hi, I am using calendly to manage my bookings. Calendly only has STRIPE. I livein Holland and I need IDEAL which is the popular payment method here.I am trying to combine Mollie to calendly. However I am now stuck whne doing the test it says : The app returned "Order line 1 is invalid. Invalid amount value for field unitPrice.".I have been changing it from:75the price tag from calendly 1I just cant find the problem, has anyone been facing the same problem ? Or anyone that has the same need as I have and made it in a different way ? THanks

Perfex CRM error: CRM Required field "Source" (source) is missing. Required field "Name" (name) is missing.

I have a problem when i try to import leads from facebook to my perfex crm . as this problem happen :Failed to create a lead in Perfex CRMRequired field "Source" (source) is missing. Required field "Name" (name) is missing.as the source already facebook !! and name is the same full_name !!

Discord to Trello Zap not creating new cards and getting stuck after the initial test.

I am trying to setup so when a message in a discord channel is posted it automatically creates a card on a board in trello. it works once i test it but after nothing works. its like stuck on the previous message record. i want it to get all new message records and add to trello.

Unable to add email content to the Notion database from Front in my Zap.

I’m trying to use the zap, ‘create database item in Notion when new tag added to message in Front’. I’m able to connect Front/Notion successfully andadd things like Conversation subject (Front email subject) or Conversation ID, but I don’t see an option to add the actual email content when I scroll the list of data that I can pull/add from Front.  How do I add the actual email body to Notion’s database?

Failed to create a create_customer in GatherUp: The app returned "Invalid customer phone number"

We’ve been trying to connect ServiceTitan to GatherUp so that when we complete a job for a customer in ServiceTitan they will be created as a customer in our GatherUp. It looks like the ServiceTitan trigger is set up correctly since the test went through, but at the GatherUp end I keep getting an error “Failed to create a create_customer in GatherUp.” Can’t figure out how to get the Zap to function all the way through. Any help would be appreciated

Zaperi is kicking off two Zaps when Sharpspring Form should only kick off one of them

So, I have upcoming webinars (Event A and Event B). I created two landing pages in Sharpspring (Constant Contact), each one is a webinar registration page for my events. I have a separate Zapier Zap that takes the information from the registration form on Sharpspring and automatically creates a registration in Zoom. I'm doing this so Sharpspring automatically knows who has registered and can complete some follow up automation.Here's the issue I'm having: If someone registers for Event A, it works perfectly and they receive a Zoom confirmation for Event A. However, if someone registers for Event B, they receive Zoom confirmations for both Event A and Event B. It's as if Zapier runs both Zaps when the Event B form within Sharpspring is completed.I've doubled checked my Zap and confirmed that my Event A Zap is definitely pointing to my Event A registration form and my Event B Zap is pointing to my Event B registration form. Any advice on what I can do?

Notion to Google Sheet: Zapier cant see Text

Hello everyone, I'm creating a Zap that, whenever a status in Notion is updated, it writes all the data of the updated object in a line in Google Sheets. I managed to avoid the problem with the status by converting it to text using the formula substring("status", 0) in Notion. However, I can't do the same with the relation type. A few days ago, I was able to do it perfectly. However, since I was using Zap with multiple paths during the 14-day trial, I had to redo it, after the trial ended, and now my workaround no longer works, specifically for the relation type. Can anyone help me with this?

Unable to add support ticket type in DevOps work type action

I seem to have encountered a weird issue with the devops work type field. When I have Devops as the trigger it shows support ticket.But when I have create DevOps as an action it doesn’t have the support ticket type even if I load more. Does anyone have any insight on why and how to get support to show up in the action step?

Failed to create an invoice in Stax: The app returned "422"

I am creating a zap that triggers when a new row is created in Google Sheets. The action is that a new invoice should be created in Stax. I had trouble finding the customer in Stax, so I created a search step to find the customer (may be unnecessary?). So the zap is currently: Trigger (new row in sheets), Search for customer in Stax, Create invoice in stax. I cannot get the final step to execute properly - I keep getting error code 422, which has something to do with the customer ID. The customer is getting found properly in the search step, but in the invoice creation step, something is off and I cannot figure it out. I have tried pulling the customer by the Customer ID created in Stax, customer name, company name, etc. Nothing works. Does anyone have suggestions?

Zap keeps switching off after publishing: GravityForms and Jira Service Management

Hello, I've been creating a connection between GravityForms and Jira Service Management.The idea is simple: a form is completed in Gravityforms and gets registered in Jira.When manually testing the Zap, the connection works. But as soon as I publish it, the Zap immediately switches off.I tried completely rebuilding the Zap and re-connecting with GravityForms, but this didn't help.Also a detail: my Jira account was first activated, then de-activated and then activated again. But after this I reconnected it to Zapier and rebuilt the Zap. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

Zoho Writer seems to have a new version. I have tried to update in Zapier without success. I keep verifying my account and but keep getting the error message: “This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here.”Does anyone have the same issue?

New item in Notion Database trigger not working

Hello,I have a Notion database with projects and events. I created a Zap that triggers on each new iteam creation in this database that connects it to my Outlook Calendar, creating an event.The Zap works perfectly during testing and does create the event in my calendar from the test data, but whenever I actually try it, it never triggers. I tried creating 4 or 5 iteams in the database and none of them triggered the zap (yes the zap is on btw).I have a few questions :Does anyone know why the trigger won’t work ? When do triggers actually start the zap ? I’m wondering because this zap needs the item’s date to function, but when the item is created, it does not have a date right away. I have to enter the name of the item, then once it’s created, I go to the date property tab and add the date as quickly as possible, but won’t the trigger start before that ?Thank you in advance for your help.

Unable to Add New Facebook Leads to Flodesk Segments and requires existing email.

I am trying to create a zap so that "a new lead in facebook ads" is added to my flodesk segment so I can deliver a resource, however there is a note in zapier that says: Note: the email address must already exist in Flodesk, or this zap will fail. I’m confused, I wont have their email in the Flodesk yet, which is why I am creating this zap to get their email and name across automatically?
