I am trying to setup a zap from VoIPcloud to my CRM - Orderry.
Every step is successful until the last test, where the error message ‘internal server error’ comes up.
I am basically wanting a form created in my CRM, when a call is made to my VoIP account.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with the error.
It shows that the Webphone account is active and correct. The test message has passed.
But when it gets to the test message with Orderry, it fails (see screenshot)
