The Memory Key Field in zapier is stuck on old contact names and email, basically whatever is used as the memory key for chatgpt conversations it just gets stuck at it and not update for new contact details.
The memory key is used so chatgpt has a non-changing data point of each lead to remember its past conversations with them.
In the screenshot you can see first name as Dan and an old memory key , here we used contact _id as the memory key associated with Dan.
But Dan has been deleted from the contacts list in GHL. This time I created a new contact named Sunny Amber but despite that first name and contact_id in memory key did not update. There are n visible errors in the execution logs aswell.
