I agree with Troy on this. OpenAI had incidents on April 25th and April 26th which are very likely the cause of the issues in the those ChatGPT actions being delayed in running.
Can you try replaying any failed runs of your Zaps that are still marked as waiting (delayed) and confirm whether they are now able to be run successfully?
Keen to ensure this is sorted so will be keeping an eye out for your reply!
