First name field in email list is not being populated when using Zapier

Hi

I have a Zap between checkout and e-mail list (Builderall).
Everything works fine, except the first name field [voornaam] is not being populated when using Zapier.
So first name field is left blanc.

I have it as a custom field because Billing Contact Firstname is not Name in my e-mail list but VOORNAAM.


Can anyone help?

Can you show full screenshots for the Custom Fields in the Zap step? (e.g. added controls on the right and field descriptions)

Can you post screenshots with how the Zap step is configured in EDIT mode? (Video was from VIEW mode.)

I’m so sorry, Troy, I don’t know what you mean.

I don’t see any other option than ‘edit the zap’.  That’s what I did.

Click the [Edit Zap] button at the top right, then click on a Zap step to see the configuration of the Zap step in EDIT mode.
