Hello,

I'm currently in the process of setting up a Zap to automatically send emails directly to the email addresses listed in a designated column. These emails are intended to lead to a Viator chat section with guests.

During our testing of the Zap, we've observed that the content of the email appears broken or improperly formatted when received by the recipients.

Could you please advise on how we can address this issue and ensure that the emails are delivered correctly without any formatting issues on the recipient's end?

Just came across your post here and wanted to check how you got on. If you were since able to get this solved would you mind sharing some details of what the solution was? I’m sure others in the Community running into similar issues would be glad to learn from your experience on this. 

And if you weren’t able to get this solved can you please share some screenshots showing some examples of the broken/incorrectly formatted emails so we can better advise on what might be causing that to happen? We’d be happy to assist further. Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.
