I'm getting an error message about not having a location when creating a post in Google My Business.

I am trying to complete a zap from Facebook pages to Google My Business. For any new post in Facebook pages, create a post in GMB. But I keep getting an error message about not having a location. There is no choice for a location. What should be put in the step location? What can I do to continue?

Zapier and Integrately: Question About Potential Facebook Lead Conflicts

Hi, I have a question about Facebook Lead Ads integration, but it comes from a basic lack of understanding of how the integration works in the backend.I’ll start with the issue:We are currently using Integrately to send Facebook Leads to various places, and the client wants to move to Zapier. However, we need to keep the Integrately feeds running while we set up Zapier.I would like to know if there will be any conflict having both Integrately and Zapier accessing the same Facebook account, and the same Leads forms. As mentioned above, I don’t know how the actual integration works. Would letting Zapier access the lead form data somehow prevent other things from accessing it?

Zapier offer a way to connect to JIRA Cloud but for some strange reason it wont authenticate successfully.The below screen is what I end up seeing and seem to have no way to get past it.You don’t have access to this app.This application is in development - only the owner of this application may grant it access to their account.

Only one of the WooCommerce "Order Lines" is populating Google Sheets

Hi thereThis is something I have done improperly probably!Basically I want to pull the Order Items (not Orders) from WooCommerce using Zapier into Google Sheets,The reason for this is that there will be some Orders that have more then 2 product on them. (There is a sort of way to do this just in Orders but this seemed (!) more ideal.Have created the Zap - created the Order in WooCommerce - when Zapier pulls the data out and populates Google Sheets it only brings ONE of the Order Lines out!So the Zap says “when new Order created in WooCommerce pull data into Google Sheets”.The fields seem to be correctly mapped etc and my other Zaps for other tables work flawlessly…I know there are 2 Order Lines and it only brings out the first line.Huh?Thanks for any comments though.

Hi there, I’m flummoxed and hoping someone can help. I’m trying to connect a Google Sheet that collects newsletter sign up information to Salesforce, however I get this message: Failed to create a contact in SalesforceCould not create record of the "Contact" object: Primary Affiliation: id value of incorrect type: NoneTroubleshoot error In our Salesforce, Primary affiliation field is required. I have set up an extra Zap step to search for the primary affiliation given in the Google sheet  in Salesforce , and if it doesn’t find one, to create a new account (i.e. primary affiliation for the person who has just signed up to the newsletter).  I’m really stuck - any advise?  Much appreciated,Becky

PostgreSQL trigger on my database but don't trigger on zapier

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hello everyone, This one is a tricky one and i can’t get to know what’s happening. I have a zap with a postgre SQL trigger “new row custom query”. The zap triggers approximately 100 times per day and some row that appear in my database don’t trigger in my zap and i can’t find the any trigger for the following row (see the example in the screenshot)  Does it have something to do with how much data you can send to zapier ?

Orders from Shopify are being sent as 558:00:00 instead of just 558, causing Google Sheets not to recognize it as a number.

Hi, We have been having some issues with our Zapier integration and I wanted to reach out to see if you could help us troubleshoot. Basically, the orders are being sent as "558:00:00" instead of just "558" from Shopify. This is causing problems because Google Sheets doesn't recognize it as a number.Do anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Squarespace form Select list to Salesforce opportunity picklist

Hi thereI have seen a version of this question here and tried the Utilities Formatter with limited success. My squarespace form has several fields and one field that is a “select” field with three options. I am trying to map it to a custom opportunity field in Salesforce with the same with three picklist options. I have created a lookup key and a lookup table with 3 options. When the Zap tests itself it creates an option one opportunity in Salesforce. When I test it in real time with the actual squarespace form and choose option two it it creates an opportunity with the fallback value instead of option two.That seems to indicate anything besides option one isn’t recognized. Ideas? thanks for your help~

Zap filtered (not pass) is counting as Task count

Hi, I've already sent an email to the support but maybe I'm missing something.I've a Zap that is triggered for any update on a Order in Booqable integration. And at the beginning (first step) is a filter that let continue or not. What I'm seeing is that the trigger or the filter (not passing) is counting as task against my monthly quota.Here is my Zap as my first step (after the trigger that is NOT counted like is mentioned here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495906379405-How-are-tasks-counted-in-filters-Here is the beginning of the Zap: Here is my Zaps Runs History:  You can see that the "Delete Venda (Sale) no CA" has almost all the 2K tasks counts. But 99,99% of those don't pass the first filter and it's stopped. Either way is counting as tasks against my quota and should not.Am I missing something?Regards,

TeamUp doesn't have any option to log in and authorize the account

Hi, I’m new to Zapier and was wondering why I can’t seem to be able to connect my TeamUp account. I’ve connected other apps with no problems but TeamUp gives me no option to log in and clicking ‘authorize’ just makes ‘this field is required’ pop up, but there’s no field to fill in! Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Flodesk sign-in issue - Missing 'Redirect_uri' parameter

Good morning! I’ve been trying to sign into flodesk on Zapier. I know my login credentials are correct but have been receiving the ‘redirect uri’ error. I saw this in an earlier post back in FEB, it said bug was fixed. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a new Drupal 8 with JSON:API enabled plus admin role. I have tried to connect many times with admin role. DOes Drupal work with Zapier? authentication failed: The username/password entered does not have access to this site. Please reconnect your Drupal account to Zapier and enter a username/password that has an "Administrator" role in Drupal.

WPForms hidden values not available in Zap module entry fields

We currently have UTM parameters captured in WPforms using hidden value fields. The fields populate fine and show in the entries on the website. However, when connecting the module in Zap to pass to ZohoCRM, all fields show except for the hidden fields. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve?

Some of my labeled Gmail emails aren't being imported into Google Sheets

I´m trying to use Zappier to extract the information of some emails into a Google Spreadsheet. The idea is to import all data (date, recipient email, subjet, text) from the emails that have one specific LABEL into GMAIL. But it is not working well (some emails are imported and some aren´t).

Failed to create a create/update contact in Keap Max Classic, Fault (code 0) occurred

I run dozens of zaps from clients FB Lead Forms to a CRM - usually Infusionsoft, without any problem. But for some reason my latest is coming up with this error; I can’t find anything on this error and not having luck with support. Has anybody experienced this before or knows what is the cause & solution?  The zap has been set up the same as the dozens of other ones that worked flawlessly from day one. Thanks in advance

Help Creating Zap - Copy Google Sheet Account Name -> Extract Data from Salesforce -> Paste in GSheet

Hi there,I’m new to Zapier and looking to automate a very tedious process (I work in tech sales)--Current process:Have a list of account names on Google Sheets Copy the account name (per row) Paste into the Salesforce search bar Click the account name that matches Get some data from the account Ex. The Account manager name Account manager email Paste this information back into the Google Sheet row to the corresponding columns Repeat for each row (account)--Current zap: --Current error:The ‘Salesforce set up action’ is not working properly. I’m assuming I’m not inputting the correct fields for:Salesforce Object → Account Field to search by → Account Name Search Value → Account Name (from the google sheet)The error I get is either “error 400” or “no search results found” Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated!

Error: Failed to find an order in WooCommerce "Forbidden" response received. HTTP status: "403"

Hi I am trying to create a zap to update the order status in Woocommerce. I am having trouble trying to get things to work.  I am not sure if I have to ‘find’ the order first and then update or if I can just ‘update’ it.To start things off to get comfortable with things I am playing around with trying to create an action to find an order but it is not working.  When I create the action I get the following screen below and I am not sure what to put in. Lets say I wan’t to find order 8700, what do I enter in the “Search item data” box?  I tried  id:8700 but I get an error  “Failed to find an order in WooCommerce"Forbidden" response received. HTTP status: "403" on https:….”In the end my trigger may be as simple as sending an email to Zapier with the order id number

Hi everyone, I started to have a problem with my facebook conversion api zap and I don’t know why. Failed to create a purchase event in Facebook Conversions(#270) This Ads API request is not allowed for apps with development access level (Development access is by default for all apps, please request for upgrade). Make sure that the access token belongs to a user that is both admin of the app and admin This zap has run a lot of data the last days without any problem. I haven’t changed nothing, it’s too weird.Tell me please if you know how to help me.Sorry for my English and thank you so much for read me.

Yes same QUESTION TITLE as others have asked … such as Outlook calendar to Google calendar | Zapier Communitynever saw any steps to troubleshootUsed New Event and waited over 15 minutes …Testing works fine but the Zap once published never runs.  Screenshots attached TRIGGER ACTION

The Quickbooks "Customer" field is being left blank even though I filled out the first/last name

I just set up auto imports from givebutter to Quickbooks online.  Everything is working except the customer field.  On the setup under “Customer” I chose first and last name.  But in Quickbooks it’s leaving the name blank.  Everything else is filled in correctly.Any ideas?

Failed to create a lead in Close (Status Code 400 Bad Request)

Google Slides Template not found

Hello,I am creating a zap to get informations from an email and generate a new presentation using a google slides template. but Zapier do not find my template, I try with others Zap to find the ID (Google Drive and Google Slides), I try with static ID, but nothing works.It’s weird, because he find fields from template but when I test it fail with not found.Thanks in advance for your helpPS: with Google Docs, the same logic works perfectly, I think Google Slides can’t access Shared Drive, how to correct that or ask developers to add this in roadmap ?
