Email Parser by Zapier and the Gmail advanced filters not working properly

Hi there, 

So I have created a Zap using Email Parser by Zapier. It is indeed forwarding all emails I want to forward but it is also forwarding the rest of emails which I am suspecting has to do with this !?

Not quite sure about the difference between new Email and new Mailbox!

 

 

In my Gmail filters I am specifying from which email exactly to forward to my Zapier’s robot email. 

I don’t know why the filters are not working any ideas?

Hi @Azhar Bondi 

In the Email Parser there are Mailboxes, and Emails are sent to Mailboxes.

 

Try adjusting your Gmail Filter criteria.
