Question

Gravity Forms to DocuSign Zap sending blank contract to admin instead of recipient.

Hi everyone

 

I’m really struggling with the following…

Zap: Gravityforms > Docusign

Intended action: Within gravityform, I have two fields (email, full name).  I want to pass these to Docusign for it to send a template to that recipient when the form is submitted.

The template on Docusign is setup with a recipient with role name, and I’ve left the email and name blank, in the hope of being able to pass these values and have it sent out upon form submission.

 

As the moment, when the Zap executes, it simply triggers a blank uncompleted docusign contract back to me (the admin).   I’m pulling my hair out!

 

Any help most appreciated!

Have you tested the Gravity Form by submitting it?

Then [Find New Records] in the Zap trigger step?

 

If that doesn’t work use the Gravity Forms Webhook Add-On: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

Hi Troy

 

The source is fine (I can see the desired fields), but on the docusign action side, there is no option (or field) to pass the email address and name as the recipient for the docusign template.
