Hi, recently i tried to connect zapier to my Odoo data base and I already tried with both options, Odoo CRM and Odoo Erp Self hosted, and it sitll appear the message 

“We hit an error adding your new account”

authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied



So what can i do to connect zappier to odoo?  for me is important to creat leads from my website forms

Hi, this article only shows the steps to connect Oddo, I know the steps already, the thing is that I am not able to complete de log in through zappier.

Is this error occuring when trying to connect Odoo? If so, can you let me know the answers to the following questions:

  • What version of Odoo are you using?
  • Are you on the domain?
  • Are you on the enterprise version of Odoo?
  • Is your Odoo self-hosted?
  • What cloud software is you Odoo installed on?
