I was creating a transfer to test sending data of unsubscribes from Constant Contact via an Excel sheet to Dynamics 365.  I only tested 1 record to confirm if the transfer was going to work.  I tried it a few times different ways and it failed to do what I needed it to do.  Since it was not working, I deleted the transfer and disconnect the Excel account.  I am receiving “uh oh” emails from Zapier every 5 minutes about the failed update.

 

Will this time out on its own?

Can you post screenshots of the received email to give us more context?

Transfer by Zapier is being sunset in mid-January 2024.

Here is a sample of the email.  It looks as if it might be stopping.  I haven’t received an email since 12:58 pm (EST).  I was getting one every 5 minutes.

Before we dig deeper, could you please send a screenshot of how your Transfer is configured? The Transfer might be expecting a specific data on one of its fields.
