Why do Custom Picklist Values in Pipedrive Zap appear as numbers in Zapier?

To confirm, when building a Pipedrive Zap, I’m encountering an issue where the custom picklist values in the organization section only appear as numbers, not the actual values.

 

For example, in Pipedrive, I have Company Codes like ACM, BAM, JGU, but in Zapier, I’m seeing Company Codes as numbers (39, 46, 48). Is that correct?

The numbers you are seeing are called the ID. You must use the ID of a specific item as a custom value. Sometimes, the ID may be the same as the name of the value, or it may be a numeric or alphanumeric string.
