Hi, I’m trying to connect send email subscriber data from a flflodesk sign up form to Ga4 and getting this ‘error Unexpected token j in JSON at position 0’ when testing

Before we dig deeper, could you please send a screenshot of the “Action” section that shows all of its fields of your Google Analytics 4 action?

Thanks for the screenshot.

The “Event” field expects a JSON object with "name" and "params" properties. The "params" should also be a JSON object. Here's an example of how the event data should look like:

Please see the events reference for more information.

Could you please try updating the event data in your Zap to match this format and let me know if this resolves the issue?
