Facebook Error: Status Code 400 Bad Request

From yesterday, One of my zap doesn’t work. I tried to fix this issue, so I changed Facebook ads instants form and test trigger, by the way it is not able to load lasted lead. I just tried to follow up your guideline, but I can’t solve this problem.

GDrive folder not creating when new trello card is added

Hi team! I’m trying to create a new google drive when I create a new trello card. I have the paid version of Zapier and a free version on Trello. But it is not triggering, when I create a new card nothing happens, I have to manually run the zap in order to work. I read somewhere that zapier checks for new data every 15 mins on the free plan, but I don’t have the free plan. Please help :(

Google Forms (and Google Sheets) triggers 100's of zaps

Every time I add a new row (by submitting a form), Zapier triggers hundreds of zaps - I think it retriggers for every row.  I only want it to trigger the recently added row

Can't connect Zapier to local Outlook, reason and solution?

I use Outlook locally, not as part of Office 365 (or whatever).I’d like to create a PDF from emails going to a certain account.I cannot connect Zapier to Outlook.I assume it’s because my emails are only local - is that correct? Am I even phrasing my question sensibly?Thanks!

Zapier integration for Typeform and Google Slides: Question import is weird

Hi, I’m trying out the Zapier integration between Typeform to Google Slides. I managed to get the data fields from the Google Slides, and now I’m trying to map it to the respective Typeform questions. I notice the import results in the Typeform questions being all over the place and hard to find. Is there a logic to how they are imported and what sequence?

Zapier not sending data to Bettermode

Hi there, I am trying to run a zap where for each new entry in a form, it sends an bettermode invitation. the problem is that zapier is not able to send data to bettermode. when i contacted bettermode, they were not able to replicate the error. the error is on zapiers side.please see the screenshots for proof that i filled out every necessary field and for the error message. please help!

Unable to turn on similar Zaps

New to Zapier, but could not find an answer through my search, so turning to the network to hopefully get a resolution. I have set up two (2) Zaps in separate folders to transfer Facebook Leads to Gmail. The reason for two is that the client has two separate businesses that we manage Facebook Ads for and require the leads to be sent to each of the respective businesses. The challenge I am encountering is that I am only able to ‘turn on’ one of the Zaps at a time. Need to have both of these turned on always. Any help is appreciated.

Cannot get Slack Workflow to work with built in Zapier Email

Hello everyone,  I have been trying to figure this out myself for the better part of 2 hours haha. I just can’t seem to find the issue/solution.  I built this workflow via Slack’s Workflow tool to execute the function “Gmail Send Email from a Slack Workflow”… Essentially the automation I want is that every time someone fills out this workflow, it sends an email to the corresponding Site Manager based on the Site manager email response in the workflow.  This is the workflow in question This is the Zapier part Basically the issue is as soon as I submit this workflow, I get this error.And if i go to the activity page of Slack I get this error.    I looked into these forums for the solution and I found that once I submit the workflow, a zap is created and put in my trash folder on Zapier’s dashboard, once I move that to my Home folder and make it active/on, nothing happens, and when I go to submit the workflow once more it just puts another zap into my trash folder. I am pretty lost at thi

Error: Failed to find checklist in Trello

The goal… a multi step zap whereby I will checkoff items in a Trello Checklist if there is a corresponding file in Google Drive however I’m stuck at finding the Checklist:TRIGGER: New Activity in Trello worksACTION: Find Checklist in Trello fails  I think the sticking point is what I enter into the “Search (required)” box. I was looking for something pulled from the Card in Step 1 like “1.Checklist Name: Purchase Documents” but all I can see that references checklists is:When I test that option I get this message: I also tried just typing my checklist name “Purchase Documents” into the “Search (required)” box, but that didn’t work either.The other steps of the zap are dependent upon this working, so can anyone give me a hint?Thank You!

Zapier not populating fields for creating a task in zoho CRM

My zaps have worked for years, and today, at least 5 of them are not working for the create new module entry, create task step. I go to edit the zap, or create a new zap, and it doesnt populate any fields for the task to fill with data from the trigger event.The premier team is on retreat this week, and I cant wait til monday to get this fixed, this is thousands of tasks by then.

Is Zapier Working??

I have been informed by my team that things were not working properly.I check our zap history and no zaps have ran for the last 30 - 40 minutes and we typically see multiple zaps per minute.Is anyone else seeing the same on their end?I sent a message to support already as well.

Error: Failed to find an appointment in Acuity Scheduling, the app returned "Not Found"

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to set up two different types of Zaps - But I keep getting error codes. I have been hitting the wall for days!  The first zap is from square space to convertkit When someone fills out a form on square space I want their first and last name + email addresses sent to my Convertkit account. I keep getting error 404 every time I test the action  The second zap is ore complicated. When someone fills out a form on Typeform I want them to be able to book a call with acuity scheduling, once the call is booked I also want Zapier to connect zoom so a link is generated for the call. From here I also want their first last names and email addresses added to Convertkit I can’t even get past the first integration on this one. Either get error 400 or 404. I would love if anyone could help?Please   Warm wishes, Ghislain

Filetype is not changing on Salesforce

I want to upload the pdf file on Salesforce but the problem is if I add any pdf file to my Google drive folder then it uploads the file on Salesforce but with text extension (.text) not in original file type. What should I do ?

I cannot get Zapier to add contacts to Mailchimp.

I cannot get zappier to add contacts to mailchimp. I also need to add a tag to the contacts. I built the zap and tested, all was good but nothing happens when a new contact is added in Click Funnels. Would be so grateful if someone could help please. Thank you so much for responding. Ready to pull my hair out.

Why aren't newly added or deleted custom fields updating in my Zap?

I have deleted a few custom fields in our Follow Up Boss account and added a few new custom fields but all of these are not updating in Zapier. Thus, I am unable to select the right field when setting up action to complete the zap.

Old Zap Info still populating in current Zap

Hey all! Didn’t really know how to look up why this is happening and by all accounts it shouldn’t, but let’s see what you have to say.I created my first zap where someone who signs up for a Calendly slot has their info populate on a Monday.com board. The first zap I made had some errors, and there were things that didn’t translate over (couldn’t get the address question on Calendly to populate in an address spot on Monday, etc). I currently have one zap active, and everything looks good. However, when it takes something from Calendly, it gives me the sub-items it’s programmed to populate AND gives me the subitems from the previous zap. I can tell it’s from the previous because I had a spelling error that I’ve since corrected.Going through all my options, I can’t find any hint of where this still lives, and yet, somehow it does. Any thoughts?

Zap between dropbox and woocommerce (listing gets created when image file uploaded) i'm stuck with how to have the dropbox image as listing image

I’ve been able to create a listing when i manually point the img url to an image located on a web server but i’m not sure how i could have the image i’ve uploaded into the folder as the listing image.

Cannot connect Magento 2 - custom /admin folder

Hi, we cannot connect Zapier to Magento 2. We are presented with an error “specified request cannot be processed”. We have entered in all of the administrators details correctly and the full url.Note: we have a custom /admin folder for security reasons, for example, /admin_*********Can Zapier please advise?If Zapier requires access to the default /admin folder, can we alternatively connect to Zapier via the ‘integration’ option within Magento 2, and provide Zapier with Access Tokens / Consumer Keys?

Pulling OnceHub Date Time data into Ontraport

Request for Help with Zapier AutomationHello,I'm hoping to get some help with a Zapier automation I've been working on. I'm trying to connect OnceHub and Ontraport using Zapier, but I'm running into an issue with the time not being the same after the automation is published.I've tried different date-time formats, but the time still doesn't reflect correctly in Ontraport. For example, I booked a call for Monday 6th 2023, 3 PM EST in OnceHub, but it shows in Ontraport as Monday 6th 2023, 5 PM.I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but I'm not having much luck. I'm hoping someone here can offer some advice or point me in the right direction.If you have any experience with connecting OnceHub and Ontraport through Zapier, or if you have any suggestions for how to resolve this time discrepancy, I would greatly appreciate your help.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Trigger partner failure

Hello every one,On one of our zap, we create a new google sheet row whenever there is a new ‘Google My Business Review”.  It has been working fine for a while now. But today we got an issue related to a  failure to trigger the zap when there's a new review. The full message of the issue is : Trigger partner failure: Unable to retrieve reviews: The service is currently unavailable. I think this might be related to an issue on zapier side, but I need help with this. Thank You.

How to update Airtable with emails found on Hunter.io

I am looking to do bulk email look up using the Airtable and Hunter.io connection. I have been able to successfully look up an email using record information (first name, last name and company domain) from Airtable but I am not able to update the record row on Airtable
