Dispute Fox error: Unable to pull record, please contact support to activate Zapier trigger

Hi! 

 

I am having an issue activating a trigger in Zapier for Dispute Fox. It also does not pull any recent records. I keep getting this error below.

What does the full DisputeFox error message say?

Seems to indicate you need to contact DisputeFox Support to active use with Zaps.

 


@Troy Tessalone , Hi troy. 

 

Zap is not pulling any records from DisputeFox when I test the trigger. I tried clicking on find new records but it still shows the same. I was having an error earlier about the API but I was able to fix that with the new APi eky from DisputeFox.

Did you try contacting DisputeFox Support as indicated by their Zap app integration trigger error message?
