Question

OneDrive error: Unauthorized user. No credentials supplied

Hello - 

 

I’m trying to create an automation that triggers when a document is signed in dropbox sign. The automation would do the following:

  • Search for the onedrive folder
  • Upload the file into the onedrive folder. 

However, I’m having trouble getting the correct attachment to upload and the zap errors out with the message “Unauthorized user. No credentials supplied”

Good question.

Some things to check:

  1. OneDrive Zap app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. The File URL is publicly accessible as a direct download link
    1. Copy and paste into a browser to see if it immediately initiates a file download

  1. OneDrive Zap app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. The File URL is publicly accessible as a direct download link
    1. Copy and paste into a browser to see if it immediately initiates a file download

Hi @Troy Tessalone -- running into a similar problem, but with uploading files signed through Dropbox Sign to Google Drive.

I get the exact same error message, and can confirm for #2 that the URL requires a Dropbox signin to trigger a direct download
