Hi, I have a zap to create a card in Aptly, however the test is not working, Failed to create a card in Aptly (1.0.0)The app returned "The web server reported a bad gateway error.". But, in the Aptly app, I can see the card created.What is the errot message due to ?thank you

I have an integration that create/update the leads module on Zoho One CRM.I am receiving an error every time the lead email already exists, and it doesn't update the fields as it should doIll appreciate any help?Action2. Accessing Shopify New Paid Order properties

As many in the Community, I am trying to access nested arrays (properties) from the New Paid Order (Shopify).I have different scenarios where the properties are not being properly parsed. All the properties of all items being appended to each line item. I really don’t have any control over what properties belong to what Line Item. Looping is not working, Converting Line Item to Text is not giving me the right info and now I am trying to pass the whole payload of the Trigger to the next Action so I could parse it manually but that doesn’t seem to be possible. Is there any alternative that I am missing to be able to access this custom properties coming from Shopify?

Issue with populating Mailchimp email template with multiple rows from Google Sheets.

I have a Google Spreadsheet that is full of values (that I am sending from my website). I need to send an email campaign to my customers using MailChimp. Of course, I am using an email Template. The issue is populating that email template with multiple rows of different values from the Google Spreadsheet. I am sorry if this is a stupid question but I am new to this. I have sent the email and it contains dynamic values from only one row of my Google Spreadsheet. I need to basically choose more than one rows and populate those values in the template.Also, this process should be automated. For example, as the Google Spreadsheet is filled with new values, they should all be picked from the spreadsheet and populating the template and sending the fully prepared template (with updated dynamic values) to MailChimp. Thanks in advance to everyone.  You can ask me any question, if you didn't understand what I said.

I am creating a zap for Groove Funnels.I am integrating the zap with my Groove page and while testing the trigger I am getting following error.Error while retrieving: Bargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support.I got a solution to reconnect the Groove account, I tried it but it wont work.Please advise.

Very poor result with Zapier web parser

I have a zap that get web pages from different sites, usign web parser, but the overall result is extremely poor.The most annoing things is that in mosto of the case, the text that I get is withouth carriage returns, so all the text, instead of being divided into paragrapher looks like a long compact text.I have tried several settings, the one that I am currentyl usign is: web parserSettings-Content output: HTML+Zapier text formatter withsettings-Remove HTML Tags Seems the result is slightly better than a plaintext from the web parser zap, but the issue of stripping all the Cr when parsing the web page is still there.The annoing things is that not an in all the parsed web pages the issue appear, but on most of them yes Any advise on how to solve this issue?Many thanks in advance.

Transfer authentication error: "You need to authenticate with Single Sign On to access this resource"

Hey all, how are you?I've set a Zap that connects Twitter search mentions and posts them into a Slack channel. The Zap is working perfectly, however, when I try to Transfer existing data (from previous Twitter comments), it gives me the following error even though I am connected via SSO (using Okta): There was a problem fetching your Transfer{"error":"You need to authenticate with Single Sign On to access this resource.","auth_realm":"credentials","reason":"invalid_auth_realm"} Am I missing something or was this expected?Thanks

Stripe data not reflecting in Mailchimp tag despite successful runs.

Hello,Please, I need help. successful zaps (Stripe completed Checkout Session to Mailchimp) does not reflect in my mailchimp tag. The tags and everything are connected but the stripe data does not reflect on my mailchimp tag. These are the successful zaps Mailchimp setting. Everything is fine and cool​​​​​​ but all the above data from Stripe did not deliver

Zaps work when "testing" but not when published and triggered event

Hi – frustrating issue, not sure if it’s common: I have 3 similar zaps:Jotform FIRST FORM (New Submission) > Brilliant Directories (Create Lead) Jotform SECOND FORM (New Submission) > Brilliant Directories (Create Lead) Jotform THIRD FORM (New Submission) > Brilliant Directories (Create Lead)All 3 have accepted triggers, good connections, no errors or warnings, and work perfectly when I “test” each one.However, once published, they simply don’t pick up the Jotform submissions. Therefore no lead is created…I have a working Zap on another Jotform to create a lead in Brilliant Directories, but for what ever reason these other 3 simply do not work.I’ve waited up to an hour after submitting form entires on each Jotform multiple times and nothing happens at all. Any ideas? I don’t know what else to do and I’m not considering upgrading yet when I can’t get the most basic thing to work.Thanks,Rosetta

LawPay error: No valid payment types found for bank account xyz

I created a Zap that should create a charge in LawPay when a Gravity Form is submitted. I have the accounts connected correctly but when I test the Zap it gives me an error. I tried both the ‘Create Charge’ and ‘Create Quick Bill’ actions but neither seems to work.

Salesforce to Jira Service Management: New Cases in SF not appearing dynamically in Jira Service Management.

Hi all :)Curious to know how to make sure that each time there is a new Case careated in SF with record type X Jira Service Managment will create a new service request or Issue in Jira.I am using the Salesforce Jira Zap template and my issue is that the cases created in Jira as Service requests are not dynamic but static. So each time I create a new case in SF from record type X, in Jira it will appear as the same case number that I used when testing the Zap (with the same static values).To better illustrate this, I added a screenshot. So instead of the salesforce Subject fileds to have a dynamic value of each newly create case in SF, it shows me the same value: Test 23.06. Same goes for the Case Number filed, is constantly shows me the same number 00023774 and not the number of each new case created in SF. What am I doing wrong?   Anyone has this issue?

Unable to upload PDF file found in Google Drive to Basecamp with dynamic project folder.

I am trying to do the following but I can't get past a certain point.  New Submission in Jotform - Trigger Find Project in Basecamp 3 - Action IF Project is found, then then continue or IF Project is not found Continue - Action Create Project from Template in Basecamp 3 - “ONLY IF EXACT NAME IS NOT FOUND TO BE AN EXISTING PROJECT IN STEP 3.” - Action Find PDF File in Google drive - “This action exists because Jotform does not have an upload integration with BaseCamp” - Action Upload PDF File found in Google Drive to Basecamp in variable project folder - Action.I have everything working and tested except for Step 6.  I can't seem to get this action to work if the “Find file in Google Drive” is not a Trigger “New File in Google Drive”.  Now, I have another ZAP that does the upload to basecamp but it only uploads to a specific folder, not a dynamic folder that changes with every customer.  The goal of this ZAP is that once a Jotform is submitted that it would find the customer in basecamp

The selected checkbox values in Google Forms aren't generating data for Google Docs when editing the Zap.

We have set up a Zap so that when a Google Form is submitted, it generates a Google Doc with the results. One of the questions in the form is a series of checkboxes. However, when editing the Zap, the values of the selected checkboxes do not appear to be available as insertable data.  For example, here is the checkbox question in the form: If I then edit the Zap and search for an insertable data field using the word “formats”, nothing shows up.Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Greenhouse to Zapier Workflow Issue: Slack Notifications for Internal Job Openings

I'm currently experiencing an issue with an automation workflow between Greenhouse and Zapier. The workflow is designed to create a Slack notification whenever there's a new internal job opening in Greenhouse. Despite my Greenhouse API key having all the necessary permissions (which I have double-checked), the "New Job" trigger in Greenhouse is not sending data to Zapier as expected. Unable to find files in a specific Google Drive folder despite correct settings and naming conventions?

I have created a ZAP to find a FILE within a Google Drive FOLDER.  I am using the “New File in Folder in Google Drive”; I have the correct folder and when I go to test the presence of my file in the folder, I get this message: HOWEVER, if I search for “New File in Google Drive”, the folder is quickly recognized.  I cannot figure out why this is happening.Is there something about the naming of my Files and how the tool searches for files?   I am stumped My guess is that the tool -- New File in Google Drive Folder -- recognizes only part of the document.  What I mean is this: the documents that I have been uploading into the Drive Folder that I am interested in all begin with the letters “TT” (for Timmy Test) then followed by an underscore and 7 unique numbers...I am wondering if the tool (New File in Google Drive Folder) can distinguish beyond that “TT”….because it sure does not seem like itI think it really has something to do with the document….  GML

New Order Paid in Shopify is getting triggered twice for any new order.

Hi, I have a new Zap that triggers with a New Order Paid in Shopify. The problem is that the Zap started triggering twice for any new order. I’ve noticed that the New Order Paid (Scheduled) has been deprecated and that now we have a New Order Paid (Instant). Anyone experiencing the same? This is a big problem for us.

Date formatter shows correct result in Zapier but passes original data to Constant Contact

Hello -I have created date formulas in my Zaps that show the correct output, however when the data is passed to Constant Contact, it reverts to the original data. Any ideas why this may happen? Screenshots to show what is happening

LinkedIn Authentication Issue: Unable to Re-authenticate on Zapier.

Hi, We had some problems last week with date errors between zapier and linkedin. However it was working for awhile. We have to re-authenticate every 60 days for the linkein accounts. On trying to reauthenticate we just get a zapier error that says they are looking into it. I raised a ticket yesterday morning but no response, I cannot see other people effected currently so am trying to see if this is widespread or just me :). The error after putting in username/password is a generic zapier uh oh message.Can anyone advise if they are also having a problem and if there is anyway to contact zapier support over waiting on a reply.

Notion to Google Sheet: Zap not triggering on "Completed" status

Hello everyone,I need your help to solve an automation issue I'm facing. Here's the current configuration of my workflow:I'm using the Notion application as a database. I've set up a filter in Zapier to filter new Notion pages. When a Notion page reaches the "Completed" status, I would like that page to be added as a new row in my Google Sheet. The issue lies in the filtering. Here's how I've configured my filter in Zapier:"Continue only if... Notion - Status (text) contains Status: Completed"Unfortunately, this configuration is not working. When my page in Notion changes to the "Completed" status, the automation doesn't trigger.
