Hello!

I set up a Zap where a new email (that meets certain parameters) will trigger the creation of a card in Trello. Everything appears to be connected correctly, but the final test returns an “unauthorized” error. I’ve looked at the troubleshooting doc, reconnected accounts, etc, and I’m at a loss! Any tips? Thanks!

  • How your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode

Post screenshots showing how the Zap step is configured in the ‘Action’ tab section so we can see the field types and field descriptions.

Issue is likely with the 2 Attachment field values.

NOTE: Make sure the link is for a publicly accessible GDrive file.
