Hi all, I’m attempting to run an Airtable “Find Many Records” action and it appears that the action is limited to returning 10 records at a time.  Can someone verify that this is accurate and recommend any solutions or workarounds? I may need to return up to 48 records for a given Zap depending on the scenario.

Thank you !

Awesome, Thank you @Troy Tessalone. I’ll start looking into it. Looks like it’s time to level up my Zapier skills.

Hi @RobertN2186,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like we have an open feature request to increase the limit of returned records when using the “Find Many Records” action.

I have added your vote to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps!

Hey folks,

Just popping by here to share that the Find Many Records action for Airtable has been updated to include a Max Records field where you can specify up to 100 records to be returned from the search! 😁🎉

To take advantage of this new field you’ll want to ensure that your Zap is running the latest version of the Airtable app on Zapier - check out our Update to the latest app version in Zaps guide for more details.

And if you run into any issues with that new field please let us know in the Community here or reach out to our Support team directly and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Until then, happy Zapping! ⚡️
