Server Error (500)

When clicking the View Emails link when on this page https://parser.zapier.com/mailboxes/ in email parser, i get the Server Error (500) error. Switching networks, switching browsers, clearing cache, switching devices does not resolve the issue. Is this intended behavior from the app? Any recommended resolution steps?

Invalid error response when pulling phone numbers and emails from Seamless AI.

I can’t pull Phone Number and Email from Seamless AI, so I cant put the fields on the test, and it gives me an invalid error response, even if I try to put default value. What’s the best ZAP Technique I can use in connecting Seamless AI & Nutshell?

Trying to figure out why "app isn't authenticated"

I’m working with a client that sells magazine subscriptions with a platform called SimpleCirc (noted in the attached screenshot). SimpleCirc uses an invite-only version of Zapier; they sent me the link, I accepted, and am given an option to set up the only zap they utilize, which is to track revenue generated from our Mailchimp email campaigns. When I attempt to set up this zap, I’m prompted to enter an API token to log into SimpleCirc. When I do that, I get an error message saying the app isn’t authenticated. I’m not a tech guy - I’m a marketer - but I’m really trying to set this up for my client as it’s something they’ve been working on for a while. There are four platforms in play here: my client (the magazine company), Zapier, Mailchimp, and SimpleCirc (the magazine retailer). Which of these things is giving me the problem?

Struggling with a Zap for Jotform and Trello!

I am a newbie! Trying to create a Zap where; when a Jotform entry is received, IF there is a matching Trello card with the same client name, then the Jotform is attached to that existing card. I can set it up to create a new card, but that’s not what I want! I’ve set up the flow: When Jotform (of a certain type) arrives Search for a matching card name on my Trello list Find the Trello card Add the Jotform attachment Each test shows it seems to work (there is a card which matches), however the Card doesn’t get updated with any attachments. Bizarrely the “File attachment” says ‘no data’ Any ideas

Error: Google Tables information sent to Google Calendar shows incorrect time (GMT instead of EST), causing scheduling issues

I’ve been working for the past three days to figure out this issue with sending Google Tables information to Google Calendar. For some reason, though all the apps are listed in EST between the formatting stage and the scheduling stage, it changes to GMT. This causes all of the events to be scheduled at five in the morning, or it schedules the event for January 1 0001, an obvious error. My Zap is as follows: Trigger-new or updated row. Time format +50 minutes to start time, create detailed google calendar event. I’ve tried a couple different things to solve this, mainly creating a new row with the end time, no luck, always at 5 hours off or no change is registered from the Time formatting step. I added a step to format the first time as EST, because in the date code is was listed as 0000Z. But for some reason, I can’t get the end time to be formatted as well. For a 10:00AM start and 11:00AM end time, I either get 4:49 start to 5:59 end, or 9:59 start to 15:59 end. I’ve tried formatting

Procore error: Unable to load choices We're having trouble loading 'Project Bid Type' data. Error: 0 Y

I’m creating a zap to create a new project in Procore when a cognito form entry is submitted. I am an admin for procore so I have the rights to create project but running into issues at the zap. I’m getting this error for all the drop down selections. Unable to load choices We're having trouble loading 'Project Bid Type' data. Error: 0 Y I’m also not seeing where I can add team members to the project. Without that, I don’t see the use of the action since you need teams set up to access the project. Has anyone had success automating the creation of a project?

I created a zap for creating a new Notion DB item, triggered by a new spreadsheet row, and no new items are created. I wonder if I set this up wrong, maybe with choosing values under each property? Who can help? :)

New Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive) in Google Sheets Not Working as Expected

Hello - I’m trying to use the “New Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive) in Google Sheets” trigger whenever a form is filled out and there’s a new row at the bottom of the spreadsheet. I first used the “New Spreadsheet Row” trigger, but updated it to the Team Drive due to an error I was receiving (Step 1 doesn’t work with either trigger type). Desired workflow: Once there is a new spreadsheet row, I want the zap to see if the subitem exists in Monday.com. If it does, then I want it to update a subitem status. Steps 2-5 work as expected when tested, but step 1 is not working. Here is my Zap overview: When I’ve tested it while published I am receiving this error: When I’ve tested it in the edit mode, the zap tests are not receiving all columns (I specifically need column K -National Store Number) and the results are blank in the spreadsheet (e.g. Row 2888): Looking for any troubleshooting help! Zapier sending the word NULL in name

I have set my Zap to use a text output from a Formatter step to create a record with a specific name but it is sending the word NULL instead of the output value. Its a woo commerce integration. I am able to get the Woocommere value of First Name and Last name but the formatter step output is sending NULL.

Monday x Xero intergration help (adding lines to xero from monday)

Hello, I am finally dabling into Zapier after reaching my limit with Monday accessibility. I am having issue with adding items to exsisting sales invoices from Monday to Xero. I have tried using just a blank line for Item code and also filling out the “unit Price” with a numbers column from Monday.com, I have tried with multiple invoices and get a similar message The goal is for Xero to automatically have a payment added as a line from a monday board when an item is added, it finds and adds this line to xero for less double handling.

Difficulty pulling form fields from Wix Automations

Hello ! I have some issues with a zap. When I look for the form fields, the fiel message don’t appear. I’ve tried to read the 2 or 3 thread about the same issue but the solutions didn’t work… I tried to “reload” the fields after a test but nope. Failed to create a contact in DialMyCalls: The app returned “Phone is invalid”

I want new EventBrite attendees to be added to our DialMyCalls account as a New Contact. When I select the Cell Phone field from the EventBrite entry, it is giving me an error when I test it. The error says, “Failed to create a contact in DialMyCalls The app reurned “Phone is invalid”. I assumed this was a formatting issue so I setup a formatter for phone number prior to the DialMyCalls step, but I am still getting the same error. Is there something I am doing wrong? Ninja Forms - Google Sheets: dynamically update new checkbox list options?

Hi folks - we’re using Ninja Forms for a web page to let people register for upcoming trainings, and we’re using a checkbox list so they can register for multiple trainings at the same time. I’ve created a zap to map each field in the Ninja form to a field in a Google sheet - we use the google sheet to send text reminders and track attendance. The zap is generally working great, but in an ideal world I’d like to be able to CHANGE the trainings available in the Ninja Form checkbox list (remove options of trainings that have passed, and add options for new upcoming trainings), and have the value of every option they choose mapped onto the corresponding Google Sheets column without having to edit the zap. As it is, Zapier seems to require that I pre-select all of the options in the checkbox list that I want migrated to Google Sheets. This means every time I update the available trainings in Ninja Forms, I’ll also have to update the zap that connects it to Google Sheets. This wouldn’t be t

Failed to find or create a collection item in Filevine | Error from halted execution: Collection item not found

I’m trying to search for a specific collection item in Filevine and if it’s not found then create that collection item, but am getting an error that says “Collection item not found.” I’m unsure of why I’d be getting this error when I’m telling it to create one if nothing is found. I have screenshots of what I have and the error I’m receiving. I’ve also tested it with a project that already has a collection item and it successfully finds the collection item. Why does my zap require upgrading my plan

I have a zap from facebook to pipedrive, with 2 actions and less than 750 tasks, but it does not want to publish the zap unless i upgrade my plan. Why? I have no other zaps. Its the only one.

Google SheetS to Buffer Zap not working for carousel posts

I am working on putting social media updates into buffer via a google sheet. for any carousel ads (multiple images sent to buffer) i am constantly getting a 504 gateway timeout message. i have tested this with direct image links like xyz.com/someimage.jpg as well as direct download links like xyz.com/imagepath/dl=1 to auto download and neither work, indicating it’s the carousel post function itself. can someone look into this as a bug or let me know how to get this working? i have tried setting it up as a fresh action, and have not been able to get it working for facebook,instagram, or twitter, it all gives the same 504 gateway timeout and sends the error as if it is a chrome html page.

Unable to connect Zapier to Salesforce with existing app connections.

Hello, We have 5+ app connections to Salesforce, which means we can’t connect Zapier because it would be in addition to this. The help articles are only suggesting that I go into and manage these existing connections and disable one in order to get Zapier to work. Well that would work, but then I wouldn’t be able to use the existing app. We need all of the apps, so can’t get rid of one. Does anyone know of a solution to connect Zapier in addition to these existing apps without disabling something else. Thank you!

Leads captured by Linkedin Generation Forms not triggering some leads creation in Salesforce

My zap is intended to create leads into Salesforce CRM from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. But from time to time some of the leads simply do no enter zap. Same form, same setup. I wonder what could be preventing those forms submissions to enter Zapier. No notification error or unsuccessful zap due to duplicate records. It’s like the lead on the Lead generation form never even entered Zapier. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Zapier tables task usage (data out)

Playing around with zapier tabels. The AI bot told me when data goes in from a trigger to a table it does not count as a task, pretty cool, Im also assuming that it would not count the trigger as a task as well so it means there is zero task consumption for data (please correct me if I am wrong). My question is what about data out? lest say i want to export a row to monday.com (as a new item) would this count as a task?

Zap issue fails with known error as per support when a new reaction is added to Slack trigger.

I have built a zap with the New Reaction Added in Slack. It worked and now it stopped. Support says that this is a known issue and no workaround. Not fully content with that answer. I did notice that last week the New Reaction Added in Slack trigger had a deprecated action so it looks like Zap just released a new one? Anyone else having issue with this trigger?

ChatBot not using my datasource to answer questions

It appears that the beta version of data source integration has been turned on as of 27 June 2023. I’ve uploaded my 250 KB .txt data file and started asking questions. I have enabled the setting of “When results are not found from the data source” to provide a custom message - not to “Generate an Ai response without data sources.” and response with “Please ask a question about <the subject matter of my text file>.” Based on my initial tests, the chatbot is not using my data source to answer questions. I ask questions specific to information that is containing within my data source file and receive answers that are not within my datasource. My data source is specific to first aid and I can ask questions about how to bake a cake and receive recipes. My data source contains nothing about baking a cake. It’s beta and bugs are expected. Zapier will get it worked out. I am excited about this new feature. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? Jeff

HubSpot-MySQL Zaps isn't syncing all contacts from bulk inserts.

I have a hubspot crm as well as 3 tables in mysql Table1Table2 Table1 is the centralized tables where hubspot crm data as well as table2 will be synced into table1. For all tables, table1 is the common. I have made 3 zaps zap1: from hubspot crm to mysql (If any new record is there) Result: New contacts will be synced in table1 zap2: from hubspot to mysql (If there is any updates in the contacts from hubspot crm) Result: Updated contacts will be synced in table1 zap3: From table2 to hubspot crmTrigger column is email any new email is found, it will trigger and the new record will be inserted into hubspot crm. After that zap1 will detect that there is a new record in hubspot crm, it will trigger and the contact will be syned into table1. I tested these logics. They are working but when I try to insert a bulk of records either by the bulk insert query or csv upload into table2. At that time, it only sync 3 to 4 contacts to hubspot crm. I don’t know from where the issue is coming. let me k
