Hmm, I suspect that error might actually be coming from the app where the video file is currently located, rather than from YouTube itself. If a publicly-accessible link for the file isn’t selected then YouTube won’t be able to access the file, which may be why you’re seeing that error.
Can you double-check the Video field on the Upload Video action and ensure it has either a publicly-accessible download link for the file or the file object itself selected?
