I do not take confirmation email message. Another notification messages i’m getting. Can someone help me?

Welcome to the Community. Was this the confirmation email after creating a Zapier account? Kindly check your spam folder or other folders in your email for email confirmation.

Spam folder and another folders is empty. How can i ask repeat this email message or ask someone control this flow one by one?
