Hi

Currently I have encountered a case in which one of our leads has not been loaded through the Facebook New Leads Zap. 

The strange thing is that it is not a permissions problem or, as it usually happens in other occasions, that the Zap does not work at all. On the contrary, the Zap works and we receive leads through it, even within this same form we've received the second lead that is shown but not the first one (the one highlighted in red).

The only difference I see between the two is the ID, which has one more number, would anyone know why one lead is loaded and the other not if they were received on the same day, through the same form and the same advertising campaign?

For context, this seems to happen a decent amount with Facebook Lead Ads.

There was an incident on Facebook’s side back in July that caused issues with leads being sent from Facebook: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/pxgvyb185cts
