My pro account is missing

I paid the 10$ offer to get a Pro account for 3 months. It was on August 18th. Today is disappeared and I’m back to Free Plan. How can I solve it?

You can contact our Support Team by clicking here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help and scrolling down at the bottom and clicking on the “Accounts, pricing, and billing” option. Like so:

It says I’m on a Free plan. But I have my 10$ charged in my bank account since August 18th...

Maybe I’m wrong, but the way to open a ticket for personal support, it’s being a paid member. And this is my problem. I’m not a paid member anymore...
