I paid the 10$ offer to get a Pro account for 3 months. It was on August 18th. Today is disappeared and I’m back to Free Plan. How can I solve it?

Maybe I’m wrong, but the way to open a ticket for personal support, it’s being a paid member. And this is my problem. I’m not a paid member anymore...
