Mailerlite error: Failed to create a subscriber in MailerLite Required field "Email" (email) is missing.

Hi I am trying to create a zap which will allow Mailelite to add a subscriber when a new spreadsheet row in google sheets is added.Seeting up the trigger on the google sheets works and tests fine. When I than set the action on mailerlite and run the test this error occurs:Failed to create a subscriber in MailerLite Required field "Email" (email) is missing.   I think I mapped everything out correctly. Idon’t understand where the error is. thanks in advance.  fabio

Zap Isn't working to transfer Google Sheets info to ConvertKit subscriber profile.

I tried setting up a zap to make it so that it takes the information thats on the newest row of a Google Sheets and makes a new subscriber profile on ConvertKit based off the info inside of the row, and adds them to a specific ConvertKit sequence. This kind of works... It adds a profile to ConvertKit correctly, and adds them to the correct ConvertKit sequence, but it uses the email of the same row every time. I can’t figure out a way to make it always use the info from the newest line. Someone please help!!

WPForms Integrations Tab not showing Zapier

Has anyone had issues activating and accessing the WPForms API key? I can activate it in WPForms, but once I do that, it disappears from the integrations options altogether. So I’m confused on why this is happening or if anyone has seen the same thing?

Zapier Tables and Phone Numbers with preceding "0"

We are trying to use Zapiers new Tables and Interfaces to create a CRM. We want to automatically bring information in using a ZAP from our lead finding channel. The issue I am having is with getting the phone number to transfer through. Our numbers hear in Australia are always preceded with a “0” i.e. 0448 xxx xxx The format of the phone numbers that are bing passed to us are in this format 0448 xxx xxx but when I send them through to the Table in Zapier it deletes the proceeding “0” and only send through 448 xxx xxx But this then means if we want to use the information out of the tables we are not able to automate anything because we are missing the initial digit in the phone number. I have tried all the Zapier formatting tools but cant seem to get anything to work. Any assistance would be great. p.s. I have alos attempted to use the + symbol and the country code which would work for us but also cant get the + symbol to carry through to Zapier Tables

Google Spreadsheet value is not recognized from custom value

 Hi there!I’ve integrated my Bubble.io app with Google Sheets.I have 2 zaps:The first one creates a spreadsheet when a user signups into my app. As a result, I store the spreadsheet value in that user. Everything is great at this point.The second zap is triggered by the user when they create a special account in Bubble. The following steps are:1. Zapier looks up for the spreadsheet (I already have that id in the user).2. Zapier looks up for a sheet with the name “Sheet2”, which is the same for all the created spreadsheets. It returns the Sheet’s ID.3. Zapier looks up for the column called “Account ID” that it’s in this sheet (is always the first column) and if a row contains the value “No account”, then picks that row.4. Zapier updates that row with information from the account the user created in Bubble and that triggered the zap.  When I create the zap and test it, everything works as expected an the row of the spreadsheet is updated.But when I push it to live and trigger the event f

Parser account goes to a "404 error page "

Parser account is not accessible!  When I go to parser.zapier.com/, to create a new Trigger Mail box, it delivers a 404 error page. Please see the following screen captures and let me know how I can solve this issue.  Thank you     Please help.

Records not pulling from my Wix blog?

Hi all, can someone please assist with why my current blog I have just published, is not pulling into Zapier as a record..? See my flow and screenshot below. When I check my site it is definately there however for some reason Wix keeps pulling a sample record from somewhere..?Thank you.

Zapier > Memebrstack can't load free plans.

I am using Memberstack and Thinkrific. Essentially When a user finishes a course they will be added to Memberstack with a new plan.But I can’t seem to load any of the plans even though on Memberstack I have 3 free plans created.See screenshot - can anyone please help?So if you look at the first screenshot I can see any of the plans there is an error of “no options are available” But if you look at the second screenshot you can see I have 3 free plans created on Memberstack (the ones with the tags [Badge]. They should appear on Zapier no?Thanks.

Upload Employee File in BambooHR from Zinc - finding the employee

Hi I’m trying to link Zinc to BambooHR and have the candidate file from Zinc pull through to their profile on BambooHR. The link would be for the Zinc name to match with the BambooHR name. However (see screenshot) it looks like it’s trying to connect it to a specific employee profile which doesn’t seem particularly useful. If I select custom, I tried pulling through the Zinc first name and Zinc last name to to find the relevant employee but it won’t pick up their profile from this. Any ideas?

Table data not being added, Lookup Field says Field1, not the name of the column

Hi, I have a zap like this  And a table like this…  Since editing the zap, it doesn’t add the email address to the table, it sends the email, and when I test the zap, it adds the email address to the table, but it’s not automatically adding it to the table when the zap runs.I want to recreate the Find record step but I’m worried it will break the zap, as I’ve edited it before and the zap stopped working after the delay steps expired, even though what I edited, shouldn’t have affected the later steps in the zap.

Cannot attach multiple files to Slack message

Hi there! Trying to build a zap that takes responses to a typeform form and posts some pieces of information to slack. Users can upload up to 5 images through the typeform and I’d like to display all 5 of these images in a slack message, or if this isn’t possible, display at least one image in the slack message and attach a zip file with containing all the images as well. I’m using the out of the box typeform and slack integrations. At first I tried to embed all 5 images directly in the slack message body (see screenshot below): The resulting slack message did not render an image for each “file content” like I had hoped but instead had a link that led to this: Next I tried to include a) 1 image in the message field and b) all 5 images in the file section (see screenshot): the resulting slack message had a link to the first image and a zip file for the other images. The actual image was not rendered in slack. The link did download the first image when clicked on. I then thought that I c

Dropbox Uploads Corrupt some of the time

Hello Zapier Community,I have a strange issue. I have a hook that sends, among other things, a list of files that are on our web server. If the files are PDF, I have a Zap that Uploads them to Dropbox. The problem is, on a seemingly random occasion, the Upload to Dropbox fails. It doesn’t actually fail the Zap, everything there looks fine. But the file size ends up being ~100 Bytes, which is a corrupt file (it won’t open). I have not been able to find any rhyme or reason to when it fails and the Zapier logs show everything completing successfully. Sometimes the failure occurs with a single PDF file upload and more frequently, it seems to occur when multiple files are uploaded. The original files on the web server open perfectly in all instances. The dropbox version in question is 2.7.0. Any insight would be welcome, I’m at a loss of how to proceed.

Google Sheets disappearing randomly when using Zapier.

Strange one here. We have a workflow of data being collected through Gravity Forms, and flowing through a working zap to a Google Sheet. We have no idea what is triggering this, but randomly we get Zapier Alert about a problem with the zap. Each time, the issue is that the Google Sheet has evaporated. It’s not in trash, it’s like it never existed. Multiple times we have created the sheet, and multiple times it has been evaporated. Just can’t figure out why, and why at least it wouldn’t be in the trash for 30 days to be restored.

Constant Contact "Email Already Exists" error in Zapier.

I’ve created a Zap for a client that adds a contact to their Constant Contact account every time someone subscribes to the Squarespace form on their website. However, I have been regularly receiving an email with the following error message:“Validation failed: Email already exists for contact a2a772ea-f40b-11ed-9d04-fa163ec8ab78” There may be a very simple solution to this problem, but I’m not all that familiar with Zapier so I’m just not sure why this error is occurring.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Dropbox Upload converst all files into .txt automatically.

Hi everyone!I have a submit form, and there people can upload Name + 3 attachments (can be pdf, doc, png etc). Then I have a zap, which should transfer all attachments to our Dropbox. Here many issues start!Details: -Trigger: Form submission-zap 1: Create Dropbox folder as mentioned here: -zap 2: Upload File 1-zap 3: upload file 2-zap 4 upload file 3Issues:Theoretically I can upload all 3 attachments with 1 zap. It is possible to assign multiple files into the “file section” of the specific dropbox upload zap. BUT it always uploads only the first attachment. So I came to the conclusion to create a zap for each file 1-3.   The assignment of the file inside the dropbox zap is very strange. The available data from the form submission is about 40 options long. although my form as only about 9 different fields. I know that there is more data behind, some meta information like ID, Date and so on. But specifically for the file attachment there are many options which do not work (says: no dat

With the dropbox link holding one audio file the Extract pattern seems to have done the job and help export it. However when trying with a dropbox link with multiple audio files inside, i’m starting to get this error. Any thoughts? For context, this will be used at scale for high tier music producers so they may receive multiple emails with dropbox links of different sizes per day, so just want to make sure its full proof. Thanks,Patrick

Failed to create an HTTP request in WordPress: No raw request domain filter was provided.

I’ve been running Zaps integrated with WordPress sucessfully for a week, utilizing the API Request action to create posts on multiple WordPress installations from a single source.These API Requests are now failing for all my Zaps giving me the following error:Failed to create a http request in WordPressNo raw request domain filter provided.No other information about the error is revealed. Posting a request to the endpoints from my local client using cURL or Insomnia works normally.Is anyone else encountering this error with custom API Requests in their Zaps? And does anyone have any idea how to solve it?

Chatbot/Tables Issue with Field or 'Vertical' Info Recognition

I started using Chatbots (Premiun) with Zapier Tables (this in Free Version). I loaded a 38 record table in order to test the chatbot, but when I ask the number of records, it only show and report 10 records. The field recognition is already working ok, but after several attempts, the chatbot can't bring the whole records information. As I have tried to solve this, I realized that there are no issues with each register field information, but with the fields themselves. So, the problem arises when you ask the chatbot some 'field' or 'vertical' info, instead of asking for some register name information.As an example: if I have a table with people names and their birthdays, the chatbot will fail when I ask 'how many people was born in december?' or 'how many people was born before 1990?',because this is 'vertical' or 'field' information, not a register information.I already upgrade Tables Plan but the problem is not solved. Any ideas to solve this will be very helpful.Thanks in advance.

Instagram error: The app returned "Access Denied"

I have a Zap set up to go from an RSS feed (blog) on a website to post to a Facebook Page, Twitter, and Pinterest. However, we are trying to get it to also post to Instagram. As of right now, we keep getting an error that states -The app returned "Access Denied". I’m concerned that it may have something to do with the image format for Instagram. When tested it appears to go through correctly.  Any suggestions?

Pipedrive - Deal Matching Filter Trigger not working

Hi, Ive my trigger is Pipedrive - Deal matching Filter. and the action is to create a clickup folder based on a template when a deal is matches the filter and the filter is ‘Won Deals’ . Its working during the test but doesnt work when its published. Im aware the filter is not instant and takes 15 mins to refresh, It was not triggered. I suspected deduplication is preventing the trigger so i created another deal an marked as won. Even after 20-30 mins since i marked as won the zap has not triggered.
