Find Record not working for a specific MemberPress subscription

I created a new subscription in Memberpress.

In the active zap, when I click 'Find record' I don't see records for the new sub.

I do see records for existing subs.

I've been struggling with it for an hour so I know that there's been enough time for the records to get passed.

I've followed the ai troubleshooting: creating test records after the zap was published and live.

I also tried clearing cache on my computer and the site.

I've checked MemberPress data: subscriptions and transactions seem to have gone through as usual.

Hey @Troy Tessalone,

I found a workaround using a web hook step instead of a ‘subscription created’ step.

I’ll follow up on this thread if things go sideways.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @mr.jkleinberg

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.
