Good morning !I would like to connect one of my company's Outlook “public contact folders” to Hubspot.I have access to Outlook in web and app version (2020 and new version)I tried to copy them to my contacts, but when the original folder is updated, it doesn't update to my contacts.Have you ever encountered this problem?Thanks in advance !
I am currently trying to use an API Request step in a Zap to update a field on Chargebee; they don’t take JSON requests so I’m trying to change it into x-www-form-urlencoded. The response data seems like it was a successful request, but the field that I’m trying to update is not changing at all. This is how I have the step setup at the moment:https://{{site}}.chargebee.com/api/v2/subscriptions/{{subscription_id}}/update_for_items/ for the URL Would what I’m trying to do here even be possible? I’ve seen some related posts but not the exact answer I’m looking for - hoping it’s possible! What I want to do is:take an airtable record create a new item in notion + embed the airtable record into the notion page’s body It seems that notion’s actions don’t yet allow for embeds, so I’m hoping instead to paste the airtable record’s link into notion’s body. Then I can manually convert that link into an embed when I’m working in notion. When I’m setting up my zap though, it looks like I can only insert the airtable record’s ID - not a link. Is there something I’m missing?Thanks for any suggestions!
Hello,I tried out Zapier for the very first time today and wanted to build a ZAP that creates/updates a todoist task as soon as I created an appointment in my calender. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be an action to update a todoist task so everytime I change the time of my appointment, zapier creates a brand new task.Is there a walkaround for this or a way the team creates additional actions? Hello, how do I go about numbering zapier table records every time a new record gets created in a simple order like this → 1,2,3,4,5. My zap currently looks like this: when a new item is created → Update record However I have no clue what will go in between to start counting correctly. I was thinking of doing an API call? A formater where i count the total records of the table, then add 1 (know how to do it but won’t work as i have to many records since it can only retrieve 1000), or am i missing a feature right in front of my face? Any recommendation would be appreciated.

When an AirTable record first enters a view, I’m triggering a Zap to generate a new Google Doc from a template. I have everything working by passing AirTable fields through to the {{placeholder}} text in the document. The only thing I can’t seem to get working is an image from an attachment field. If I use “Attachment File” from AirTable I get the following error: If I use the “Attachment URL” from AirTable then my {{image}} merge field in Google Doc just has the string of text and no image.What am I doing wrong?Thanks

This post was split from the topic: Error Handling For A Specific Step (aka Automatically Repeat A Step If It Fails)I still don’t see how this helps in the case that you want the Zap to continue even if the previous step failed. With a filter, the Zap will stop running.Is there a way to tell Zapier to just ignore an error in a particular step? For example, I have a Zap where I’m processing form input that may or may not contain a mobile number (it’s an optional field). I update a HubSpot contact record with the phone number. There’s no way I can find in Zapier to say “If the field isn’t empty, update the HubSpot contact record”. So, I just run the update contact step regardless, but it throws an error if you pass it no data for the field to be updated.I would love a checkbox on Zapier steps that says, simply “Ignore errors on this step”. Or, even better, an If/Then option that allows you to say “Run this step only if this condition is met, otherwise skip this step.” Filters don’t work
Hi there, I am trying to build a Zap connecting Instantly (Email outreach software) with WhatsApp Messenger. The process contains 2 steps: Trigger: A new reply is received in Instantly Action: Send me a message in WhatsApp about the new message This Zap has worked perfectly before with Twilio (SMS provider) sending me SMS messages; I simply want to replace Twilio with Whatsapp now. After I set everything up and go to test WhatsApp, I get the following error message: “Failed to create a message in WhatsApp NotificationsThe app returned "(#100) Invalid parameter". I am new to both Interfaces and Tables, tho excited to give it a try. I created a new page in Interfaces that uses a form, and added a new “Dropdown” field. First point - I want the dropdown to be use dynamic options pulled from a custom Tables view i previously created - which has a filter applied to exclude certain options. Only the default view of the Table is currently available as a “Selection source”, is there any workaround? Second point (build on to the first point) - in the dropdown, if i select the default view of the Table, but before that i apply a filter to it - inside the form it disregards the filter and still show all the options. Is this the expected behaviour? Any workarounds?
I have a csv file of companies that visit my website every week and a csv file of companies that are in my target account list, the data is raw and needs a pivot table to consolidate data (ie. company visited 3 webpages so it shows up 3 times in the data).I need to see which website visitors are in the target account list. A simple Vlookup typically. But I would like to automate this process.How I imagine it would look would be in steps:Add new worksheet to a google sheet with the raw csv file of web visitors for the week (triggers the automation) Pivot table the worksheet to get to a list of companies and the total # of web visits + the unique web pages they visited Vlookup on this pivot table data against the list of target companies to see which website visitors are target accounts and the webpages they visited Push results to slackVery curious how Zapier could help solve this. Hello Zapier Community!We’ve been trying to send an offline conversion event using enhanced conversions. The Zap does this:Scans a Google sheet for new rows. The row represent clients who have booked an appointment with us. It includes information including email and mobile phone number. Sends these rows to Google Ads as an offline conversion. The Zap itself runs without error. Furthermore, Google Ad’s diagnostics (Goals>Conversions>Summary>Diagnostics) shows that the Zapier data is being correctly uploaded, but shows a the following: This has gone on for about 10 days, since we enabled the Zap, with a 0% match. Given that about 50% of our customers book their appointments online (as opposed to phone or our app), we would expect a higher match. I suspect that there is an issue with Google Tags manager not sending client information back to Google Ads properly. However, we have used the Google Tags debugger and everything seems to be set up properly. Any suggestions?

Hello Everyone, I’m working on moving our Customers Shopify MetaField data over to Hubspot using Zapier Webhooks. I have already set up the trigger, webhook and hubspot pathway. However I keep running into a 401 error anytime I try to test the webhook. I am using the API key and secret key you get from shopify anytime you create an app. I’ve even installed the app and tried using the access token but nothing seems to connect. I’ve confirmed both the keys and copy them directly from the source field.I’ve added the header auths but that didn’t work either.In the basic Auth i’ve used both a “|” and a “:” but those didn’t work either. I’m going to leave some screenshots of what my webhook set up looks like with the most important information hidden. Please let me know what i’m doing wrong here. Hi Everyone, I am trying to Sync / Mirror a File from Google Drive to a Specific Column under an Item Created on a Monday.com Board so it appears as a file that we are able to open and directly edit in real time. The original file is on Google Drive, however I do not mind where the original file is created (Monday in File Column or Google Drive as long as there is a copy in both places). I’ve tried to create a Zap to upload the file from Google Drive into the File Column on the board and it works, however it uploads it as a non editable file and isn’t synced with Google Drive. Another alternative, I have tried is uploading the link of the document from Google Drive to a Link Column in Monday.com and while this works, we are unable to edit the file on Monday but rather on Google Docs. Is there another way to do this or does anyone know a way to sync via Zapier between Monday and Google Drive for Docs? Thanks in advance!
Hi,I need help making an automation for our displays that go offline. We are going to have a google sheet that will be getting updated every 3 hours. We would like to create an automated email that goes through our ticketing system (Zendesk) that will send the email to the end user notifying that the display is offline and then if the endpoint is not in the updated google sheet it will automatically close out the ticket in Zendesk. 1. I created a google sheet that will get regularly updated every three hours on when a display goes offline. I have it filtered to pull through the column name “Device Name” that has our device name which is the endpoint ID that we use in Airtable. 2. I added a find my record for Airtable trigger in the zap that with sync the device name to the end point ID in Airtable. 3. I added a Zendesk trigger that creates an offline ticket for the end user to receive an email that their display is offline. I am having problems trying to figure out how to close out the

Hey Team,Having a heck of a time getting a successful result from a connection attempt to our instance of Jira Service Management. I have followed the API documentation I think to a “T,” but need a bit of a push if anyone has implemented this before.The ultimate goal is to eventually create new Organizations after they show up in another internal system, but during my troubleshooting, I am scaling back and just trying to get a successful result by using GET Organizations. Here is the setup: After this step, I provide my Jira credentials and successfully connect. Here is the error:The only odd thing I found is in the API doco, it also shows an additional HTTP Header of “Authorization: Bearer <API Token.” I originally did not add this since my assumption was since I could successfully connect using my credentials, along with the note of “Authentication headers are included automatically,” this was not needed. Hello!I need to have a record of some notifications (such as card movements) from the Kanbanize tool in real-time, or at least updatable once a day, since Zapier does not have a native integration with Kanbanize, from what I have researched, there would be the alternative of doing an automation with Parser or through a Webhook. Can you help me consider which would be the best option?The goal of capturing these events is to send them to Power BI, in order to have real-time updates. This is because it is a type of event that does not allow for direct and updatable integration from Power BI to Kanbanize.
Recently I started receiving and error from my Zap. It states "Required field "Full Name" (name) is missing." This was not a problem when I first set up the Zap (it only started a week ago). I have re-published multiple time and verified that the first and last name fields are being called out in the form. This is a Zap from Keap to QuickBooks online. Any help would be appreciated!
Where can I find the trigger for ANY event made in Calendly? All I can see are two separate triggers:Invitee created (Calendly) Invitee cancelled (Calendly)If I use Invitee created as the trigger and the user decided to reschedule, that works just fine. I can get the updated schedule. But if they decided to cancel, the trigger will not detect that cancelation info because the trigger is not compatible with that condition, and vice versa. I need to have a custom workflow where we get the scheduled date and time from Calendly, pass that info to our sheet, and update the data if the user made any changes. I can classify the upcoming Calendly data myself once I can get ALL of the data from Calendly in one single custom workflow. This link (Trigger by Different Calendly Event Types | Zapier Community) is three years ago but OP had that functionality on their zap. I was just wondering if I cannot just find it or that feature is no longer supported by Zapier. Any help would be appreciated.
