Issue with OTP message

I set up Zaps to automatically send a message when a ticket is created on Freshdesk. It asked me to enter my phone number on WhatsApp, and then it should send an OTP. However, the OTP message has not been sent to me. Can you assist me with this issue and explain why the OTP message is not being sent

Assistance Needed with Rest Hook API in Voicerules App (Version 1.3.3)

I have added the Rest Hook API to my Voicerules app (version 1.3.3) and completed all the necessary configurations. However, when I try to turn on my Zap, it fails to activate.Additionally, I currently have a free plan in my Zapier account. Could you please clarify whether this issue is related to my subscription plan or if there might be another reason for the Zap not turning on?

Wrong results while executing JQL query against Jira Server

Hello.I have a zap which triggers the following JQL query:`project = PROJECT AND status = “In Progress” AND issuetype in standardIssueTypes() AND (component = "First component" AND component = "Second component") AND status changed before -7d AND NOT status changed after -7d`It pulls all issues which are in “In Progress” status for more than 7 days.The problem: when some issue was in another status for more than 7 days, and was just transitioned to “In Progress”, zap catches this issue and sends a notification. But obviously it shouldn’t. Everything works fine when I run the query manually in Jira, I don’t see such issues.Any ideas what could be the reason of such behaviour? I was thinking about time zone differences, something like that, but I’m not sure. Thanks in advance.

Maximum 50 rows with PostgreSQL?

Hi,we want to use Zapier to automate a few tasks, based on the “New Row” or “New or Updated Row” PostgreSQL triggers. We’ve now read that these triggers will only return 50 rows with each poll – is that true? That would make it quite useless for us. How do I change Gmail address in Google-Zapier integration without disrupting Meta-Zapier-Agile CRM connection?

We are currently collecting data from both Google and Meta platforms. Initially, I set up a Meta-Zapier-Agile CRM integration using the email xxxxxxx@gmail.com. Now, I am planning to set up a Google Ads-Zapier-Agile CRM connection. However, this time, the emails coming from the site are associated with a different Gmail address. When I open the Google-Zapier connection, it shows the xxxxxxx@gmail.com email address.If I reconnect the Google-Zapier integration to a different Gmail address, will this action disrupt the existing Meta-Zapier-Agile CRM integration?Thank you in advance!

Connection Notion - Brevo

I connetcted Brevo and Notion asking to zapier to insert new contact in specific list of brevo every time the notion data base is updated.The connection is works, but some notion data base’s propreties are not recognized. For example there are no “nome” or “telefono” and there is only mail address”Is there someone that has a solution?Thank you

Zapier integration on Any column value changed in Monday

I am looking to get details of any changes made to items on a board in Monday.com in a table with itemId,  column title, previous value, new value, and modifiedTimestamp. There is a trigger that looks for “Any Column Value Changed in Board” on the Xapier integration for Monday.com configuration but from what I can tell it looks like this trigger sends all information for the entire item and does not identify the column that was changed. how can i only get the required details?

Setting up Zap to Fulfill Order in Shipstation Once It Has Been Shipped on Veeqo

Hi, I am trying to create a Zap that will trigger to run when an Order is shipped on Veeqo. I have successfully created the Zap to create Orders in Veeqo once they are created in Shipstation. Now once that order is shipped on Veeqo, I would like to create an additional Zap that will update Shipstation to fulfill the Order. We would also like to send over the Carrier and Tracking Number when fulfilling the order in Shipstation. Thank you.

Can Intercom workflows trigger a zapier workflow?

As title says, my use case would be unnecessary to have Zapier's flow activate on every conversation. What I couldn't find in the documentation and my own exploration is if I can use Intercom's workflows to request information via Zapier from WooCommerce so the AI Bot from Intercom can respond to customer inquiries.

Hey Zapier community :) Does anyone know if this is possible? I want to link my ON24 account to Active Campaign so those who register get passed to a list in Active Campaign. However, I want to add some logic that will only add registrants to the list who have ticked the “I would like to join the mailing list” tick box. Many thanks, Kieran

Premature Triggering? Field Populates in Tests but Not in Live Run

Thanks to these forums (AKA thanks to Troy), I’ve managed to built my private trigger and it’s working! Almost perfectly.Issue: The trigger pulls invoice without an invoice number. It’s a 2 minute polling trigger. Here’s a screenshot from the live zap run (note the empty ‘invoice number’ field’)And here’s a screenshot from a test I just ran. The invoice number is populated.My best guess: Normally after I send an invoice in the app, it has its invoice number as ‘unassigned’ for a few seconds, and THEN populates a number. I’m guessing that the trigger is pulling the invoice data before it’s been assigned a number.What I don’t know is how to get around that. Ability to load a previous run into the draft trigger test

It would be so incredibly helpful to allow you to specify any zap run in your history to pull in that trigger and run it through, instead of having to click “Find New Records” and hope that the 1 it returns is relevant.  This would be very helpful for troubleshooting issues, testing fixes, and testing additional features when the zap is high volume.  Otherwise the “Find New Records” only usually retrieves the most recent entry, sometimes refuses to get anything, even when new ones are triggered in the app itself, and were recently run.  Since the Run data is already there, and it’s the exact same process as if “Find New Records” actually gets the run you want, this shouldn’t be too difficult.

Accessing message content in Rocket.Chat triggers

I am trying to pull message content from channels/direct messages/discussions from within RocketChat. I am trying to take specific messages from the Chats and to then insert it elsewhere (airtable for example)I have made sure I am connected with correct permissions. But I have run into the following odd issues:When trying to catch starred messages - Zapier is not finding any (but i know there are). I have tried testing with starring private messages, team messages, channel messages etc. but Zapier will not find them even though the trigger is called “starred message anywhere”   When trying to catch pinned messages - the trigger works, but there is no where i can see to catch the actual message content - but rather only message related meta, eg: Room ID, username, date etc. Also, When trying to catch any message with a specific word included (using a filter) - here too, there is no way to access the actual message content.In the RocketChat API, i see there is a key called ‘msg’ which co

Zap draft invokes performsubscribe when adding a trigger

Hello, I'm currently building an Integration for my company and i have set up a public trigger with a rest hook. Subscribing and unsubscribing works in general perfectly fine but I noticed that zapier invokes the performSubscribe operation while I'm creating a zap and adding the trigger before I published the zap. After publishing the zap another subscription is sent and the first subscription from the draft is not unsubscribed at all and will remain in my database.Even when I delete the zap the "draft subscription" is not unsubscribed. I noticed that the performSubscribe operation contains inputData with a generated property "_zap_static_hook_code" that the other subscriptions don't have.Does anybody have an idea or encountered the same issue?

Twitch Stream Trigger Doesn't Display All Games

Hey all,I’m trying to setup a trigger from Twitch to post a message whenever a certain game is streamed. The game does have a category / page on twitch, and has been streamed many times over the last few years. However, when I search for it in the Configure part of the trigger, I do get a list that dynamically updates as I type, but the game I’m looking for is not found.Is there a reason for this, or a solution I can take?I’ve tried adding the game’s name as a “Custom Value” instead of “Static”, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Filters on paths

Hi - I have a zap from Airtable that should filter “Onboarding- Pending Agreement” and “UK Onboarding - Pending Agreement” and depending on which path it should create a user on Flodesk depending on the segment. Right now everyone onboarding is going through both paths. Ive done “text contains exact statuses and Ive also done contains UK vs does not contain UK and still nothing has worked.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

When I do the test and debug in Zoho Flow, I get this outcome:"Zoho Desk says "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions\n/contactId-invalid "" may I know what actually is this contactId?because im trying to to do an automation for receive an email to auto trigger create a ticket, but comes to the part of crate ticket the input actually holding the needed data already but the output show the error message above. Failed testing new trigger because GET request to perform list doesn't include API key

I’m trying to test a new trigger, but the GET request from Zapier doesn’t seem to include the API key. It’s including the key just fine when I test authentication, but when I test my trigger i get the long error indicating no api key sent:Unable to pull paymentsPlease reload the page. What can you offer and maybe what service can be integrated with to achieve the goal? So that it is convenient to communicate and there is an opportunity to do autoposting? As an example of how AI works, I am satisfied with the work of a service such as https://help.such.chat/, since you can provide it with information within which it gives answers, but unfortunately it only works in Telegram. Issue with Zaps taking too long to trigger Spreadsheet updates

Zapier taking extremely long to trigger new or updated spreadsheet row trigger when a trigger column is updated. Sometimes 7 minutes, sometimes 20. sometimes 5. its extremely unpredictable. Is there a way to trigger on demand? the tablers feature doesnt allow the character limit i need so that wont work. is make.com my only option?

Advantages of using sub zaps vs. HTTP request / Webhook for invoking sub workflows?

Has anyone by chance done a side-by-side benchmark comparison of using sub zaps vs. HTTP request & Webhook method for invoking modular workflow?  My understanding is that there is a performance hit for doing it via the HTTP request method but has anyone quantified that? Are we talking 5%...200%? I can see some advantages for sticking with the HTTP request / Webhook as the interface and actually wrote up a tutorial over the weekend demonstrating a useful development tactic I call “chokepoints” using Postman/Pipedream under this method. I’m curious though how big (if any) the performance penalty would be for using HTTP req vs. sub zaps at scale. Are there any other heuristics for when the sub zaps approach would be more favorable other than perhaps readability in the editor for less-technical folks? I saw the limitations section of this KB article indicating that sub zaps must process one and only one return so that would seem to constrain what you can do within a sub zap. TIA
