How to sync multiple invoices from TAVE to another platform using Zapier

I currently use a CRM program called TAVE. When a client confirms a booking in TAVE, TAVE creates multiple invoices with different due dates. How to I zap across each of these invoices indivdually. Not just the order as a whole?

Capturing replies to messages in Teams using Zapier

Hello, has anyone used the “New Reply to message” trigger in the Microsoft teams app?I am hoping to capture all questions and their respective replies using Zapier. Is there any way to capture replies to any message posted in the channel - the trigger forces me to select a specific message for the replies, so it will only work on one message in the channel!Thanks for any help!

Creating a follow-up email workflow in Tidycal after meetings

Linking a specific Razorpay payment page in Zapier

When I am using Razorpay payment as a trigger for the next event, Zapier is asking for only the Razorpay account ID. Now within this ID I am having a number of different payment pages for different payments. While I want to link only one particular Razorpay payment page in this particular zap. It seems Zapier will catch any payment made on any of the payment pages. How to resolve this issue.

How to send outbound emails to clients using Zapier and Tally

Hello guys. I did a landing page on Tally.so where the client have to sign a form I’ve created, and after that, an email arrive to him in outbound.To automatize that, I use Zapier.But on Zapier, when I connect “Email by Zapier” app, the only thing I don’t understand is the first form, so who’s the destinatary of this email? The destinatary the client that submitted on Tally, but there is no option to select that mail in general. Or maybe I don’t understand the words... How do I send the outbound emails to clients?

Slack 'New Reaction Added' Trigger Stopped Working for Public Channels After May 7

My Zap using the Slack “New Reaction Added” trigger was working fine before May 7, but it suddenly stopped triggering after that. No changes were made. Can you check what went wrong? There were no changes made to our Slack workspace or account settings during that time. The Zap is still active, and the Slack connection is showing as properly connected in Zapier.Everything was working as expected before May 7, and then it just stopped triggering without any updates or modifications on our side.Could you please check from your end if there were any updates or issues affecting this trigger?

Creating custom labels from API returns with key-value mapping

I'm trying to create a custom label from an API return. This return contains a key, the value I'd like as the custom label, and the value I'd like to display. I wanted to map it so that the key would be replaced by the value I would like from the label and also allow repetition of these labels.In this example I do the raw_answers mapping to passing the question id and the answer value. However, in the view I want to display the question and the answer, and the question can have the same label with different ids.

Hi I am very new in zapierI would like to seek help from your experiencesI have a requirement where I want to display gmail tasks list into my app. To handle this I want to use zapier.I want to create my custom trigger which fetch the gmail tasks and as a action it store  in my own database. I have 3 platform to connect My app which have button to connect user to google  I have my backend apis in node js which to help store access and refresh token of respective users in my table Zapier to handle authentication flow and once authenticate successfully i want to call trigger to fetch gmail records. Please help me to achieve this task

How to detect record changes in an API app using Zapier

I built an API app that gets data via API and I can see the data records in the dev platform as JSON from Jamf Pro as despite several request I guess Zapier aren to going to build one anytime soonWhen I make a zap and try to poll I never get any records apart from three test records on setup as I guess the poll is not able to detect a change in data(?)Where and how do I add the detection of record changes, I want it to be a date fields in the JSON ?In the API app or somewhere else?

Twitch Stream Trigger Doesn't Display All Games

Hey all,I’m trying to setup a trigger from Twitch to post a message whenever a certain game is streamed. The game does have a category / page on twitch, and has been streamed many times over the last few years. However, when I search for it in the Configure part of the trigger, I do get a list that dynamically updates as I type, but the game I’m looking for is not found.Is there a reason for this, or a solution I can take?I’ve tried adding the game’s name as a “Custom Value” instead of “Static”, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Accessing message content in Rocket.Chat triggers

I am trying to pull message content from channels/direct messages/discussions from within RocketChat. I am trying to take specific messages from the Chats and to then insert it elsewhere (airtable for example)I have made sure I am connected with correct permissions. But I have run into the following odd issues:When trying to catch starred messages - Zapier is not finding any (but i know there are). I have tried testing with starring private messages, team messages, channel messages etc. but Zapier will not find them even though the trigger is called “starred message anywhere”   When trying to catch pinned messages - the trigger works, but there is no where i can see to catch the actual message content - but rather only message related meta, eg: Room ID, username, date etc. Also, When trying to catch any message with a specific word included (using a filter) - here too, there is no way to access the actual message content.In the RocketChat API, i see there is a key called ‘msg’ which co

Im creating a Trigger in my appI must validate if the user input data is valid when the Zapier hits my subscribe endpoint.I'm doing this validation, but when I send a bad request status code 400. Zapier is not showing anything to the final user.So what is the correct approach to validate the trigger subscribe and send a bad request response to Zapier shows to the end user?

Issue with OTP message

I set up Zaps to automatically send a message when a ticket is created on Freshdesk. It asked me to enter my phone number on WhatsApp, and then it should send an OTP. However, the OTP message has not been sent to me. Can you assist me with this issue and explain why the OTP message is not being sent

Wrong results while executing JQL query against Jira Server

Hello.I have a zap which triggers the following JQL query:`project = PROJECT AND status = “In Progress” AND issuetype in standardIssueTypes() AND (component = "First component" AND component = "Second component") AND status changed before -7d AND NOT status changed after -7d`It pulls all issues which are in “In Progress” status for more than 7 days.The problem: when some issue was in another status for more than 7 days, and was just transitioned to “In Progress”, zap catches this issue and sends a notification. But obviously it shouldn’t. Everything works fine when I run the query manually in Jira, I don’t see such issues.Any ideas what could be the reason of such behaviour? I was thinking about time zone differences, something like that, but I’m not sure. Thanks in advance.

Maximum 50 rows with PostgreSQL?

Hi,we want to use Zapier to automate a few tasks, based on the “New Row” or “New or Updated Row” PostgreSQL triggers. We’ve now read that these triggers will only return 50 rows with each poll – is that true? That would make it quite useless for us. We are currently collecting data from both Google and Meta platforms. Initially, I set up a Meta-Zapier-Agile CRM integration using the email xxxxxxx@gmail.com. Now, I am planning to set up a Google Ads-Zapier-Agile CRM connection. However, this time, the emails coming from the site are associated with a different Gmail address. When I open the Google-Zapier connection, it shows the xxxxxxx@gmail.com email address.If I reconnect the Google-Zapier integration to a different Gmail address, will this action disrupt the existing Meta-Zapier-Agile CRM integration?Thank you in advance!

Connection Notion - Brevo

I connetcted Brevo and Notion asking to zapier to insert new contact in specific list of brevo every time the notion data base is updated.The connection is works, but some notion data base’s propreties are not recognized. For example there are no “nome” or “telefono” and there is only mail address”Is there someone that has a solution?Thank you
