My Zap using the Slack “New Reaction Added” trigger was working fine before May 7, but it suddenly stopped triggering after that. No changes were made. Can you check what went wrong?

 

There were no changes made to our Slack workspace or account settings during that time. The Zap is still active, and the Slack connection is showing as properly connected in Zapier.

Everything was working as expected before May 7, and then it just stopped triggering without any updates or modifications on our side.

Could you please check from your end if there were any updates or issues affecting this trigger?

Same here - it suddenly stopped working on May 7th for us.


Same issue here stopped working in public and private channels and no changes where made

Same here. I tried to work around it (empty channel, empty user) but nothing will do.


I’m being told this was fixed, but it is still not working for me.


I thought it was our Zap system, any suggestions? Has support helped at all?
